Specialties
When you hire Pappas Law, you work directly with your attorney. You won’t be handed off to a rotating team or left wondering who’s handling your case. Chuck Pappas personally reviews your file, returns your calls, and guides you through every step.
We prepare every case as if it’s headed to trial. Insurance companies know which firms are willing to go the distance, and that preparation is often what produces a fair settlement.
New clients receive a welcome package that includes a recovery journal to help track pain, appointments, and day-to-day limitations. It’s a small step, but it makes a real difference in documenting your case.
Consultations are free, and you pay no fee unless we recover for you.
History
Established in 2026.
Pappas Law was founded by attorney Chuck Pappas, who has spent more than 20 years representing injured people across Massachusetts. After two decades in practice, Chuck founded his own firm so he could do the work the way he believes it should be done: personally, thoroughly, and with every client getting direct access to the attorney handling their case. The firm focuses on personal injury, car accidents, and workers’ compensation with a focus on getting accident victims the compensation they deserve.
Chuck has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff list and recognized by Massachusetts Super Lawyers six years in a row. Pappas Law serves clients from its main office in Framingham and a satellite office in Webster. Our approach is built on diligence, competence, compassion, and trust, and on treating every case like it matters, because to our clients, it does.
