I LOVE Papa John's Pizza and since this is the closest one to my boyfriend's base, we usually buy from here. The coupons are great, the pizza always hot and fresh, and the employees really try their best to provide great customer service. This location in particular actually has a seating area, which is something you don't find everyday at Papa John's. If I could give zero stars I would! Worst location ever! I went there 6 months ago and it took 3 hours to get my delivery order due to someone being. Ew and not knowing how to use the system. If I hadn't called after 2 hours I wouldn't have gotten any food or a call about it. I ordered online for carry out and went to pick it up After waiting 20 mins. This the worst papa John's in all of New Jersey.. they always screw your order up and if they're out of something they don't tell you they just send something to substitute. just ordered 2 two topping pizzas and was very disappointed. They are so stingy with the toppings you can barely tell them from just plain pizzas. Papa John's is no real pizza as it is, the least they can do is give you the toppings you ordered to a level that you can tell what one is what. I had been watching Papa John's commercials and realized, I hadn't tried the one near my job in a long time. So for lunch. I ordered online and picked up the pizza in store. I have to admit, I was utterly, all around disappointed! It will be a long time before I try this particular restaurant again! The staff member was helpful and professional, he is the only reason I eaked out one star! My first observation, was the broken door frame on the main entry door, when I opened it. The second thing I noticed, the interior sliding glass door was not even installed, it had been removed, (violently removed!) The inside area looked tired and run down. The tables were clean, but dated and worn out looking. I ordered a personal pizza with pepperoni, extra cheese, sausage. I struggled to finish it! I have had frozen store bought pizzas that tasted better! This is one of my lowest ratings that I can remember giving! This restaurant must be in a location that Papa John's forgot about! I know private franchises can carry the brand name, but are independent. This one is not representing the brand. It needs major improvements to get to where it should be! Ordered from here for our movie and pizza night. They got the pizza wrong and it was cold, the wings were barely cooked when I requested extra crispy, and to top everything off myself and my daughters all got stomach bugs from it: (double dragon). This was once our go to pizza for pizza night but we have moved past it. I even contacted papa John's cooperate and they said they will speak to management but never did and here we are with no response back! Pizza are hot fresh and fast. Delivery people are very nice too. Kind of interesting how no one eats in at this restaurant, even though they have the space for it? The rating is in comparison to other Papa John stores i have been to. Love the garlic pizza dipping sauce and apple pie dessert pizza! Order online to accumulate point towards a free pizza. They just started to deliver to browns mills recently so I ordered today.. the app said it would be deliver between 2 reasonable times about 10 minutes apart.. I got a call from the store after they were supposed to be delivered and said they would be delivered 25-30 minutes late.. 1 it's a 10 minute drive and 2 the pizzas weren't fresh at all. I order from this location all the time because Papa John's pizza is really good and it's conveniently located. That being said, their customer service is horrible. Tonight marks the second time that I ordered pizza, a drink, plates, cheese/red pepper packets and only got the pizza and drink. I understand that the rest of the items are free, but why offer them if you're not going to bring them to customers that request them. Hey! Not the greatest pizzas in the world, but they are hot and feed us and the kids pretty cheaply. Visited a friend near Fort Dix and we ordered pizza from Papa John's, got quick delivery, and made a great dinner with a couple of beers with fast cleanup. You want to quiet the kids, this works well, especially with the cinnamon buns for desert. A bit hard on the waist tho! read more

They claimed my pizza was on the way 45 min after the scheduled delivery when I called to ask for an update. I called a second time and said "I'm calling for a refund". Last night I walked in there with my 2 kids thinking I was going to get a free personal pizza with a coupon my child received at school. As I gave the coupon to the young man he looked at me confused gave it to his manager and the manager told me it was for Pizza Hut. I instantly felt sad and my kids looked at me like oh no we aren't getting pizza?? As I stared looking at the menu the manager came from the back with a large pie that was canceled, said I'm more than welcomed to have it. I was thankful and appreciative of the kind gesture.
