She finally came back to the table after we were finished eating and then made a snarky comment when we were paying because we didn't wait for refills because we had already waited long enough. Normally this is one of our favorite pizza inns to go to because it's near home but this wasn't the greatest experience.

I ask the lady when did that happen because I moved here in March and have been ordering pizza once a week since then. She responds we have never delivered there. Which is a lie!!! Never spend another penny at this Dominos, will drive 30 minutes before I do.

The food is great but the process is different…read more Not sure of their new process, when you order your food for takeout there's a tip line on the receipt, which the person collecting your money makes you feel bad if you don't give them a tip. I am confused about tipping for fast food. I don't tip at McDonald's, Wendy's and Mcdonald's don't ask for a tip at the counter. No fast food place asks for tips for service yet tone provided. I can understand if I was like the original Pizza Huts where you are seated, and you are waited on, but that is not the case here. My 16 year old son had a similar experience here when dining with his friends, they ordered their food at the counter for dine-in, and poured there own drinks from the fountain, he said he was so confused and then felt pressured by the "manager" to tip her by stating "see your friend gave me a tip." He did later leave a tip that they left on the table, but he said the whole experience was just so weird and hat he won't be going back there. I won't be returning either.

Within an hour, I got a call from Margaret stating she did not have that arrangement. (Then why is it on your website? Or, why did it not say unavailable when I ordered it?) I did not want to order a substitute and told her that. I was concerned that my credit card had already been billed, but Margaret assured me that she would not "run it through" so I would not be charged. Well, the charge showed up on my credit card statement today. I tried to call but she's closed (2:30 pm on a Saturday) and her voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. Not happy It gets worse - I sent an email to the email address listed on her website - delivery failed permanently.
