I came in last night at 12:38am to pick up my pizza. I was met by the general manager who immediately reprimanded me for not knowing that the store closed at 12:30am. I let her know that the website as well as google reviews stated that the store closed 1am. I showed her the website as well as google review. I get home and open my pizza and it looks like it was literally thrown into the box. I took a bite and it tasted and felt like it had been left out for hours. I even kept it in my doordash bag to make sure it stayed warm. It was warm but tough and definitely not fresh. On top of that, I never received the two packs of ranch and one pack of garlic I paid for. I tried to leave a message but only got the same automated recording with no option to leave a message. Extremely disappointed and would like a refund as I will not eat pizza that has been sitting out for hours. Extremely pissed off by this and I will be going in tomorrow morning. This review has nothing to do with the restaurant and everything to do with the delivery method. This store is using Door Dash for delivery. Our pizza was scheduled to be delivered at 7:30. We got it at 8:40. This experiment is a fail. Our driver should not have been driving as he appeared to be stoned. Ordered pizzas for my family on a Weds night. We kept checking the app and no status update. The door dasher texted after 45 mins that it was taking forever. I finally called after an hour had passed and the employee on the phone from the store was incredibly rude when I indicated we were unhappy with how long it was taking considering it had been over an hour. And his condescending response was "I'm right here with you and you can drop the attitude". No offer of an apology and also lied saying he was handing the pizza to the driver. I told him that I would write a bad review and he said "go ahead" and hung up on me. 10 mins later I called and the delivery driver still had not left and another person said they were actually leaving now?? Why the wait? Why the lack of customer service?? Our pizza arrived an hour and a half after ordering, the app showed it would take 35 mins after ordering to delivery. Pizza was delivered cold and we paid extra for sauces that were not included. Doubtful we will return anytime soon. read more

Gage is the manager on night duty ( so he says ) but he hung up on me before I could figure out the issue with him. I ordered a pizza at 6:07 and at 7:30 called to check on it and he said they cancelled the order due to bad road conditions and would refund the money. No phone call nothing so now I got a family starving and the manager telling me he's got customers and hanging up on me for a second time. So this deadbeat isn't gonna hear it and it's not his problem. I will never as long as I'm alive ever order Pappa johns again and I will also tell everyone on next door and google about this kid and maybe since we live close by his parents will get a message on Nextdoor how poor character their son is. We ordered a five topping large, cookie, chicken poppers, and garlic knots and all of it was cooked to perfection. I don't think I've ever left a one star review, but after having multiple bad experiences with this location, I need to warn people. When you call, you get a call center that's not in this location. After getting an email that said it would take two hours to get my pizza, I tried to cancel. You can't do that because they have no way of alerting the local papa johns. The pizza is undercooked and cold when you finally get it. Truly an awful experience! read more

Won't be ordering from here again. They do not know how to not burn a pizza at this location. Ordered a pizza Saturday and it was literally black on the bottom and sides. Called and they did bring another one out, however, that one was also burnt. More dark brown than black. This wasn't the first burnt pizza we've received. Because we only have two places that deliver pizza where we live, unfortunately we're limited on where to order from. I wish I had taken a photo of both. I have ordered pizza from this location for close to 4 years but as of tonight I won't be ordering from here again Last week I ordered a pizza online to enjoy and watch the ufc fights that were on that night 2/17. This is also the same night we got hit with snow. So understandably I expected it to take a little longer due to the weather. After about an hour I called to check in my delivery and was told the drivers were having issues with the snow and their cars being front wheel drive. 30-45 minutes later the pizza finally came. I wasn't upset due to the snow and hearing about his car. However I called the store to let them know the pizza was cold and the guy on the phone apologized and said he would put a free pizza on my account Fast forward to tonight. I figured I'd use that free pizza since I didn't feel like cooking. I phoned in my order and was told to come in around 6:40 and I did. However when I got there I realized I called a different pizza place with the same first name. No biggie. But while talking to the papa John's employee who was the gm I quickly found out that they never put the free pizza on my account. Whe she asked why it was free I explained the situation from the previous week. She then told me there was nothing she could do and she was the gm. One employee said I could contact papa John's and sort it out that way. But before I could say thank you, the gm was quick to explain it would just come back to her and she would end up writing me a generic email saying sorry and there was nothing she could do.
