No working menu paper or digital with any sort of price. A single worker that tells everyone that rolls in "I'll be right with you" and you proceed to wait 15 minutes. She actually got the special wrong which was $13 for 3 tipping cheese crust. It came out to $20 and she was like did you still want it? I'm like are you for real? 1 worker, no menus, no brains, no shit. You would be better served by getting a digiorno at Walmart, and it would be cheaper. read more

They will not accept any cash over a $20 dollar bill. Your bill may be $40 and they will not accept a $50. Poor policy.

Negative zero rating. It started of with DoorDash placing my pizza on my deck and never knocked (30degrees outside). Evolved into papa John's nasty manager giving me attitude because my pizza was stone cold and I was upset. Placed me on hold for 11 minutes. Begrudgingly gave me a refund and all she/he had to say when I said thank you was "hmmm" and hung up. I will never go to papa John's again. Never! And no recourse for the 3rd party jerk who left my pizza on the deck in 30degree temp. I've always had an issue with this PJ. I'd say do better but they can't. I'll move on. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - My hold time. - Pizza Near Me - Leeds, Alabama

They had a foreign speaking person taking orders. Her English was terrible. She knew nothing about Leeds where their business is located. I had to keep repeating the order. After the 3rd time of repeating it, I am still not sure the order will be right. I had to repeat and spell the address of the order several times. I spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with her just trying to order 2 pizzas. I will never use this place again. read more

My first choice of pizza places is Papa John's. I feel like I enjoy the flavors and the crust a lot more than other places. It's not too greasy and I do like the spongy texture of the bread. I always order the Philly cheesesteak because I just love anything with steak in it. Pizza always freshly made and the toppings crunchy with the delicious cheese melted and a little burnt on the crust. Green and red peppers, onions and mushrooms. This was online and for pickup. This was my second time going to this location. Got there it was two workers, one making the pizza and the other boxing pizza. They saw me walked in but they didn't say anything. I waited for about 5 minutes before they acknowledged me. I told the female that I was there to pick up my order she said it was not ready that it should be ready in 5 minutes. As I stood there waiting it's only natural to pay attention. Upon observing what they were doing I noticed the guy preparing the dough tossing it back and fort all up on his arms, skin all into ith. By then I lost my appetite because all I could think of is sweats and hair all into the pizza, I was imagining the dough literally wiping the sweat off. He constantly in the heat so he has to be sweating at some point. I ended up asking for my money back and left. Once I see anything that disturbs my stomach I just can't eat it. Even though I didn't get to eat my favorite pizza that day, I knew what it tasted like because I ordered the same thing every time I ordered pizza. Now , all locations are not the same so I'm not judging them all. I still love Papa John's,I just go to a different location. We just never know what we are eating when we eat out. My suggestion is they should come up with a disposable sleeve for tossing dough. Just a thought! read more

Placed a delivery order and it's been 50 minutes and it says "preparing." I called the store to cancel my order and someone just answered the phone, didn't say anything, and just put me on hold. This is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Every time I have been to this store be it late in the day or earlier this store has been spot on. They have excellent customer service and you always get your food fresh and hot. The ambiance of the place is great and the employees are awesome. read more

This location used to be great, we would order from here about once every two weeks! This weekend definitely changed our mind; I placed an order for delivery on Sunday evening. The estimated wait time was 25-30 minutes. 40 minutes passed by and no word about our order (online tracking was also not working) so I called the store. I spoke to someone who informed me that "there are only two people working in the store and you'll have to wait!" then hung up! I called back and inquired about a refund, to which "Priscilla" snapped "you'll get your money in 3-7 business days!" And slammed the phone down! I sent an email to the store, received a reply from "Shana" with more excuses about how there were only two people working and no delivery drivers, etc. They don't have to worry about being too busy with our orders anymore, we will be going elsewhere! read more

I had a very positive experience when ordering my pizza today from this location. I ordered today because I have been very sick the past few days and my husband is away. We have very limited options for delivery in our area. I placed my order online and within 45 minutes it was at my door. I left a note on the order to (seriously) leave it at the door because I didn't want to risk getting the delivery driver sick. The driver was so sweet. He called to make sure that I really wanted him to just leave it and was just overall very pleasant. The pizza was fresh and delicious. I will happily order from here again. read more

Great pizza & excellent customer service! We look forward to ordering a stuffed crust cheese pizza again.

Delivered a smashed pizza and then took 2 hours to deliver the replacement which was not even warm by the time it got to us.

if I could give a negative to Leeds Papa John's I would. Not for the food, but for the incredibly rude employee I encountered last. I tried to order my food repeatedly online for about 45 min but it keep saying the same thing. There was a menu item in my cart that the store didn't have (bascially) but never said what it was. So, finally we just decided to drive down there because it was only half a mile from my house. We walk in and there's two woman there, I'm guessing they were the only employees there. After a min or so the woman making pizza dough asked if we were picking up an order. We replied that no, we hadnt yet ordered. This woman stops what she's doing, rolls her eyes, huffs and puts her head down and just stands there at her station looking like she wanted to throw something at us. It was so incredibly and shockingly rude that I said "Wow! Nevermind. We're good" and we walked out. I quick realized why my order wouldn't go through. They turned off the online ordering option so people wouldn't be able to order food. I get being understaffed and overworked and overwhelmed. I deal with it every single day at my serving job. But I would NEVER take it out on a customer and be so blatantly rude. You suck it up, smile and just do your job. Worst customer service ever and I won't be ordering from the Leeds store ever again. I don't know her name but I hope she reads this. She's lucky I'm only writing this review instead of calling her supervisor. read more

Have been visiting this location of Papa Johns for years now. Honestly, I can't say they have ever gotten my order wrong. I always use the mobile app when ordering and a short time later I am able to go through the drive thru and pick up my order. Very convenient. read more

I placed an order online. As of right now the order is 45 minutes late. App has shown boxing for an hour. The store will not answer the phone. Called into customer service and they were also unable to reach the store. Very very poor experience. This is after our last order arrived 1 and a half hours after it was promised. read more

the drive thru service is absolutely horrible, if you ever want your pizza, your gonna have to go inside.
