This pizza reminded me of a much better version of a Subway pizza and that's not a bad thing I like their pizzas which means I liked this pizza even more. It was cooked perfectly and I can't really say much else but give it a 7.2/10 on my pizza scale. I would get this again. Now the star of the show is this polish sausage that is unlike any other. Let's pause here for just a second, is it not ridiculous having to wait 24-48 hours for the slow crust fermentation to happen? Apparently, the owners Chef Ryan Westover and his wife Helene didn't think so. Their signature pizza here is no less impressive either: topped with Louisiana crawfish, ricotta, Parmesan, mint and basil. It is a true star of the show.
