The Ciociaria is an area in Italy that really doesnt have any defined borders. Perhaps that is why the Paolucci's make such interesting liquor. Im a fan of the Amaro specifically. Good bitterness, and hint of mint. Though if you like Italian liquers specifically they run the gambit:
