With a minimum amount of tables able to be dined at inside, if you are able to grab a place, then, by all means, do it. My nephew and I enjoy finding these smaller, fine food establishments and this one did not disappoint. This was to be our last lunch in Roma so we joyfully consumed the very tasty mozzarella and ham and the Bruschetta appetizers and then I had my way with an incredible lasagna, where Il Piccolo did not skimp on the meat (as is done is some restaurants). Great meaty and cheesy flavor with a hint of spinach and some other subtle spices. Pure heaven. My nephew had ravioli which must have been great as he did not speak after receiving his plate. Highly recommended -- to one and all
