They picked up the phone and were very friendly, happy to arrange a van for my parents and all their luggage. 2 days ago, I called to re-confirm the reservation, and no one picked up the phone. I called several times, and each time was told that the owner of this phone # had not set up their voicemail. Because no one answered, I made another reservation with another company. The ride was easy to book online but if you need to change the reservation, you have to call a number and it's a guy picking up who doesn't answer the phone with the name of the company or anything, and he's also very abrupt. The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.
