I had to call someone else to pick me up. While waiting for the second company to pick me up, the Paoli cab arrived. It was an older car with a dent in the passenger side. It had no identifying sign on it. I told the driver I had had to call someone else, and he raised a fist and yelled that he thanked me for wasting his time. The ride was easy to book online but if you need to change the reservation, you have to call a number and it's a guy picking up who doesn't answer the phone with the name of the company or anything, and he's also very abrupt. The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.
