This is probably the dirtiest Shell station I've ever visited. Most places in Branson try to put on their best appearance for all the visitors. Not here. The windshield "water" stunk like a sewer and this was at 10:30 AM - they obviously hadn't replace it from the previous day. Lastly, they charge an extra .04 per gallon if you use credit. I'm guessing they make the bulk of their business from liquors sales and don't give a hoot about the gas part of the business. read more

It seemed like a really adequately stocked gas station/liquor store. They have a great selection of alcohol. They had some nice allocated bourbons that I was interested in buying until I asked the price. Their top shelf whiskey selection is very expensive and way above retail prices. I stopped in here a few times while being on vacation. The staff is very friendly, the store has a huge selection of wine and beer. They also carry hard alcohol as well, and soda. Another awesome thing is they have some food items and condiments/spices so if you forgot something they might have it. read more

This is an extremely clean and nice convenience store. They have many grocery and pantry items, a very large adult beverage selection, and very nice fountain drink "bar" with a multi flavored slushee machine and a milkshake machine. I've never visited the restrooms, so I can't comment on them, but the store is always clean and organized in the front. Last but not least, the employees are always extremely friendly and helpful if you're looking for something. They remember me on each visit and greet me like a friend. I highly recommend the pantry to stock your condo at Fall Creek, The Pointe, and Wyndham. The location is super convenient to all of those condos and resorts. read more

We have had a condo at Fall Creek for years and we love the Pantry! They have really turned this place around. It used to be a dirty shell station. Now they carry great wines, great alcohol brands, a huge grocery selection (even boneless skinless chicken breasts!), and a great cafe. So thankful to have a one-stop-shop so close to our condo! read more

I took my little brother here as a treat while on vacation. Within 2 minutes of entering the store, an employee told us we had to leave, accusing us of moving items. The only items we had moved were the items we were carrying to purchase. Wanting to set a good example for my little brother. I refused, requesting instead to see any proof of our misdeads or lacking proof an apology, Additionally, I suggested the employee call the police & explain the situation to them. Needless to say, my brother & I finished our shopping & left with this employee giving us dirty looks the entire time. My wife and I stopped here with our two kids on our way to Branson to see her grandparents the day after Thanksgiving. We needed to change our seven month old girls diaper and our two-and a half year-old needed to go to the bathroom. They did not have changing tables in either bathrooms for our younger daughter so we ended up changing her on the floor by the fountain drinks because there was no other option... Also after changing her there were no trash cans in the bathroom. As we were leaving we commented to the cashier that they might need to consider putting a changing table in either bathrooms and there was no trashcan. She told us that we could call the owner and tell them that ourselves and that there was a trashcan in the parking lot. We thought she might consider telling the owner since you work there, but I guess we were wrong. read more

Service is mediocre at best. The "deli" is only open from 10-2 Monday through Friday. After that it's only pizza.

Honestly never met a more rude person than the old lady that works in there. You can buy cheaper things at Walmart then there. I paid $3.99 for a drink and didn't complain the the store clerk wanted to be rude. This place sucks and I wouldn't recommend. read more

Convenient location to the condo we rented. Unfortunately, probably due to recent rain and bad luck we filled our tank with bad gasoline. I was very impressed with the professionalism and integrity of the owner of the pantry. He quickly corrected the problem and fairly reimbursed us not only for the required repairs but also the lost tank of gas. Thank you. read more
