If you have a special needs child, RUN!! These are some of the most incompetent people I've seen in the field. I could write a book about how many regulations they're violating. Have they even heard of IDEA??? Same routine, get passed to various people who all have a different answer. There is no "team" for your child, none of them communicate with each other and our case manager was a joke. They had no clue how to offer proper individualized assistance. Documents were a sloppy "copy and paste" mess and they couldn't even interpret their own evaluations. Aside from that, the classes are way too big and your child will not receive the attention they need, period. Trust me LOOK ELSEWHERE! or homeschool.
