Found a hair in my focaccia. It was decent, but would have been better if it was re-toasted before serving.

    Review Highlights - Panificio Rosi

My pick was the focaccia with artichokes, pesto, and stracchino cheese, and eating this was a revelation.

Looks like while the location is the same, the signage/exterior of this place has changed ever so…read moreslightly over the years. Went to this location this past summer and the name is similar but not quite the same as what I've seen in other people's experiences. With multiple low ratings, I wouldn't usually go to a location like this. However, Manarola is a small village, and I was looking for some quick breakfast food. With this being one of the only places open early enough before my train, I no choice but to give it a shot. Honestly, I thought the flavors were pretty good. I wanted something bread-y to fill me up and this did a decent job. The staff was polite and quick with getting me what I wanted. However, the problem with their focaccia is that it's soggy. Took it to go but ate it right outside of the building (ended up getting multiple types as well, so this isn't limited to one variety) so I don't think it's a problem with the packaging. Overall, a very meh experience. I would have went elsewhere if there were more options and less of a time crunch. If you're in a similar situation I was in, you're not going to feel bad about stopping by here, but that's only because you're looking for sustenance rather than amazing Italian food.

Stopped by this place since we were hungry after the first half of our hike. The focaccia was solid…read more(super soft and not too oily) and had good toppings. They had places to sit inside and out. Unfortunately, they didn't have any focaccia with pesto. Solid place and good price, but nothing that blew me away. Service was super quick! My fiancé said the cannoli was "good, but not great"
