Avoid!!!! This company is awful! They will ignore you. They refuse to allow you to speak to anyone except a lady who won't respond. I would give them a negative number isn't available as a review. read more

We used them for a year. They are terrible. Linen bank is a total overpriced ripoff. Small maintenance issues very poorly taken care of. They replaced a door handle on the patio door. It had a handle with a lock and replaced with a handle without a lock. Dishes missing. We showed up when it was not rented out to a large coke spill in the bedroom. Absolutely awful. read more

HORRIBLE! En Soleil 1022W. When we arrived, the main bathroom toilet was clogged and didn't flush; went to the beach and the beach access code they sent 2 hours before check in was wrong; after the beach went to take a shower and only 1 towel (unit is for 9 people) - ruined Birthday dinner since we couldn't take showers; stains on the bunk bed comforter; trash/muffin wrappers on top of the washer/dryer visible from top bunk; lit the BBQ pit and went inside to get burgers - obviously not cleaned in a long time, it smoked up and set the smoke alarm off - ruined another dinner; main bedroom light/fan broken - kept reporting and maintenance man came to fix the last of 4 nights, took the light/fan down AND put it on the comforter - couldn't get it fixed and said they would have to call in an electrician. Called to complain several times after check out and was told manager Stacey or Karen would call me. Been several weeks and never received a call. Travel to this area twice a year and have never had problems. First and LAST time with Panhandle Getaways! read more

We've been staying with Panhandlegetaway for years. Generally we stay at Calypso in unit 1201. We have always found the service to be outstanding. They actually have an office in the building so check in is a breeze. And if you have an issue, you don't even have to use your phone. You just walked down to the office. The units at Calypso and the houses we stayed in with Panhandlegetaway have all met our expectations. We recommend them. read more

It wasn't a pleasant experience with the condo at Grand Panama Beach Resort 1-306 or the lack of resolution with Panhandle Getaways. Upon arrival, the condo had a strong musty, mildew-like odor and it was reported. A ozone machine was delivered but could only be run while we were gone, which we did but it wasn't effective. Maintenance came by the next day and determined that there wasn't visible evidence of mildew and suggested that it was most likely sour carpet and cloth furniture from the humidity and moisture. We ran the ceiling fans our entire stay. Housekeeping also came by to clean the LVP flooring because it was dirty. We provided updates via text daily but no one called and responses provided no further action, only another apology. Pet fees charged separately by the resort were also higher than we were quoted by Panhandle Getaways and several inquiries were made with no response. read more

this was our 4th visit to Promience on 30a and typically it's 4/5 stars but this time is was awful!!! dirty! gnats all over the unit, SeaLily for all 5 days. stained furniture, broken garbage disposal, a rusted golf cart with brakes that barely worked and a wheel that makes a loud noise while driving. The garbage inside and in the garage was full of bugs This unit is for sale- not an excuse! Hopefully this is not a reflection of the entire community but we will move on to another community next time. Awaiting a resolution from Panhandle Getaways - will update if that occurs. It would be nice to see them do right by a repeat customer. read more

Calypso 605 STINKS...literally! We walked in and the musty smell hit us in the face. We had several issues with the room, ice-maker didn't work, commode broken to finish coming off cabinets. We brought this to management attention and I assume they fixed the ice-maker because it started working but the stink was there to stay. They offered to fix the commode but at that point we just wanted it to be over. The condo was in need of an overall refresh including paint and a deep clean. You had to wear shoes inside because the floors were so filthy! When we asked about some consideration on the fees we were told management was looking into but nothing after that, even after repeated texts. We've booked with Panhandle Getaways several times over the years w/satisfactory experience. Not sure if they've changed management or what. read more

Thank you to Michael, Susan and others. I'm sure I'm forgetting your names! We had trouble with WiFi and our TVs on arrival. These people worked tirelessly to fix our situation! WE LOVE PANHANDLE GETAWAYS! My go-to company when going to PCB... we've stayed in the Calypso resorts (LOVE IT, all the amenities, The Hub, Pier Park right there...). When we first arrived the code they gave us wasn't working. So they reset it and gave us a new code. Then the new code didn't work. the bed in one of the bedrooms weren't even made. They didn't bring any sheets until the next day. None of the tvs worked. We couldn't watch tv in either bedroom and they supposedly came and fixed it but it was definitely not fixed. We only had 3 towels and 3 wash rags for a 3 bedroom condo. The washer smells like straight mildew. They offered us an extra night the night before and they said that was the reason the beds wasn't made was because we checked in the day before. Don't offer the day before if it's not gonna be ready. We stayed at Endless Summer Condos in PCB (Unit 33A). When we arrived, we spent 30 minutes trying to find the office to pick up parking passes and find the unit because there was no signage. The grounds of the place need maintenance and upkeep. The entryway to our condo had rickety stairs and the unit itself was much smaller than we expected. There was black mold next to the air vent in my bedroom, the back deck was warped and bending when I stood on it, and the oven had black smoke coming out (unusable). Had to pack my family of 4 up to leave the next day. When I brought this to Panhandle Getaways attention, they were very rude. Thankfully I booked through AIRBNB and had them handle it. Will NEVER book a Panhandle Getaway house ever again. Check in was at 4pm and we arrived at 3:50pm. We had to sit in the car until 4:30pm waiting for the cleaning people to finish cleaning the house. We spent more than we wanted too on this house because it said it had access to a community pool. I called Panhandle asking where the pool was and they said there was no access. Had to argue with Lee the listing said it came with access to a pool. Lee at Panhandle was absolutely no help at all. She requested for a screen shot of the listing saying it didn't come with a pool. After 10 mins on hold, she said her listing said it didn't come with a pool. When asked if she saw my screenshot that said it came with a pool. She refused to acknowledge me. I asked 5 times and her response was from a script saying a property manager would call me back. All I wanted was for her to answer my question and she wouldn't. Of course Lee had to pass the phone to a Karen (not even sure that was her real name) and said Lee was at the frontdrsk helping people in line. I'm sorry, it's 2025 and no way people are waiting in line to check in at an office vs going to the property. She was probably lying and she hung up on me. The night property manager Joe was the only competent one and was able to get us moved to a different house. Only bad thing about the new house was that a previous guest might of pissed on one of the bed and tried to hide it with detergent. It took Panhandle 3 days to deliver us new sheets and didn't try to clean the mattress. We didn't even attempt to sleep in the bed. Overall - Lee sucks and Karen sucks even more for hanging up on me. I will be booking through Airbnb or VRBO next time I come here. read more

When you call them to tell them about the issue, you are gaslit into thinking you have an attitude for reporting this safety issue and saying if they won't show any concern for safety that you'll call the police. When someone has to walk into the road avoid cars blocking a sidewalk and your response is that I have an attitude and there are different ways to "respond" because I didn't accept you saying "ok" I'm not the problem. People run, push strollers, walk, pull wagons for the beach, etc. This company doesn't care about anything but profit and didn't even come close to thanking me for letting them know that they had guests who were breaking the law. i stayed at Summerhouse in Panama City Florida January and February 2025. it was a ongoing nightmare. I did not get the condo on the 3rd floor that I had paid for instead I was put on the 9th floor. Fraudulent listing on property. When questioned about the listing they said it was a typo. Several problems with unit and golf cart and nothing was done. The problems were reported on day one of the week booked. Also 2 large community pools with beach entry does not mean that you have beach access. The staff person from Panhandle who answered our original question said she'd never heard of it but It means the entry to the pool is slanted like you are entering a beach. Her manager prompted her of the definition. Obviously not an understood definition for everyone. No beach access within 1/2 of property. Prominence 30a Watersound. Area is nice but very inconvenient for going to beach. Will avoid panhandle getaways at all costs. We've traveled Florida for the last 30 years and never ran into such an agency. I stayed at a Pandhandle property in April 2025 in 30A, Florida for my bachelorette party. Not 12 hours into our stay, both toilets in the master bathroom were clogged and would not flush. We had a maintenance technician, plumber and electrician come in the course of the next 36 hours (we were not there even 72 hours total) and all seemingly placed blame on the other and the issue was never resolved. From what the plumber shared the plumbing lines were not built deep enough and therefore, caused regular backups as the issue has not been addressed - just put a bandaid on. I can't help but think Panhandle was aware of this and continued to rent the house out. This left my group of 12 with 2 bathrooms to use for the rest of our stay. Airbnb provided zero support and Panhandle gave me a $200 refund - when our total was well over $3000. I IMPLORE you to stay with any other company. read more

Worst vacation ever.... We rented from the Panhandle getaway property management... but the hotel was The Grand Panama in Panama City Florida... they say they are dog friendly but 30 minutes after getting into our condo that we rented for 1300$ for three night though Airbnb...we were approached by there security and was informed they don't take dogs over 20 lbs, and we have a golden retriever "one of the best breads ever" but since she is 65 ish lbs we had to leave with No refund or board her at a kennel, so within an hour we found her a kennel and left the property with her, this was around 4 pm check in time.... At 9:20 we had a knock on the door and it was there security guard and two police officers and we were told because we had the dog on there property that was over 20 lbs " even though she was only on the property for about 30 mins and gone at the time they came back , that we were told we had to leave or we would be arrested for trespassing... and we were kicked out at 10 pm with no place to go or a refund of any kind.... So if you think you are going to have a great stay with your pets think again.... And they also forgot to mention there is a 50$ parking pass on top of the $400 a night stay read more

Place was dirty and cheap finishes. Floors were covered in sand from day one. I found several black hairs in my bed the first night. Like the sheets hadn't even been changed. Lots of broken items throughout, including cabinet doors and the elevator (which we needed for my grandparents). They rescinded the free rounds of golf after we booked- this was a huge part of our interest in the place. No beach access in the neighborhood. Sad little restaurant area with half the businesses closed. My grandmother slipped and fell in the tub (we had to put them in a different room than we wanted due to the elevator issues) and it was several months of medical care before she healed. It nearly ruined the vacation. The beds were so tall, the grandparents couldn't even get in them- we had to fully disassemble a bed frame and put the mattress on the floor (of course under the bed was disgusting as you can imagine). My grandpa has terminal cancer and this was supposed to be the last hurrah, big family get away and panhandle did not live up to the expectations. Edit: panhandle was made aware of issues during the stay. The specifically changed the rules about the free golf *after* we booked so that the golf was not included on stays over a specific amount of time (which just happened to be a couple days shy of our exact length of stay). They were asked to at least cover the medical expense of my grandmas fall- they never did. They were asked to install a handle on the shower to avoid future falls - they never did. I'm not fooled by the representative reaching out and you shouldn't be either. read more

My family and I had an opportunity to stay at Calypso Tower three, condominium number 1108 for a week during the month of August 2021. My family and I had never been to the Florida Panhandle, but had been to Florida many times before, and boy was this an amazing treat for all of us! My wife and I, along with our 4 teenage girls had an absolutely incredible stay in this condominium! The building, the condominium, and the surrounding grounds were unmatched in terms of its convenience, luxury, and views! We comfortably enjoyed enough room for six of us, and we were central to everything that Panama City has to offer. We enjoyed helicopter rides within walking distance of our stay, and the main shopping district was a mere few footsteps away from our location. As you can tell by the photos, we enjoyed white sand beaches, romantic sunsets, and an overall five-star experience in this condominium which faces westward towards evening sunsets. Our accommodations were met with an incredibly friendly staff, and an amazingly appointed condominium which was detailed in every way for my wife and I and our four teenaged girls that you could possibly imagine! A beautiful kitchen, family room, spotless bathrooms, large 4K televisions & WiFi were a must for enjoying a show or two & our girls having full access to the internet when needed. Upon returning back home to California, all of our girls asked when we can return to Panama City, and specifically stay in the same tower and in the same condominium... I don't normally say this, but this place was an absolute grand-slam, and I'm so happy we had the opportunity to spend a week in paradise, and at this particular location! Until next time, we'll enjoy our wonderful memories and these beautiful photos our much needed vacation at Calypso Tower #3 - Condo #1108. read more

Yup. Just like most reviews here this is to tell you to stay far away from this rental company. While they may offer condos and houses that are in good shape if you ever end up having a problem it will NOT get solved. Arrived to a filthy house with pubic hairs, regular hair, and crumbs in sheets. No mattress cover on one bed. Pubic hair and regular hair in showers and bathroom floors, piles of sand under rugs. No fresh linen, not enough towels for all of the guests. Layers of dust on slated doors. Just. Gross. Spent all day waiting for them to come clean or bring linen so we could lie in the dirtiest bed and they ended up by showing up at 330pm to only remake a bed and throw sheets on another. The housekeeping staff then abruptly left without saying anything to the teenagers that were in the house. When we asked when they would be back to finish, they were told they were "yelled at" by someone not in the house and asked to leave. They REFUSED to come back. They threw linen in a bag on the wet porch for us to change our own beds. Said they would send a vacuum the next day (after asking for one) and the operations manager Karen has completely stopped responding to all correspondence. This company is a joke. Don't waste your money. Find another rental agency, there are plenty of them. read more

Unfortunately cannot give negative stars. Had these folks manage my property for ONE year. Worst mistake of my life. My place got TRASHED. They caught NOTHING. Burn marks on my brand new LVP? We booked our honey moon through Panhandle Getaways. The resort we got was Portside Resort unit U2 for four nights & unit O3 for 2 nights. We split it up like this due to extending our trip midway. U2: You can tell the owner of this unit wanted to give it a nice update. The flooring seems new, there is a really nice tv with Roku set up in the living room. Overall, seemed very modern and new touches all around. But, we had a 3rd party maintenance man walk in on us at 10 am (we were still in bed not dressed). & the toilets were both on the fritz while we were there. We put in a maintenance request and no one responded. There was a hole in the shower that they used duct tape to "fix." O3: instantly upon walking in we noticed the decor was a bit older but that was no big deal to us. The dishes in the kitchen all have a significant amount of dried food on them. This includes silverware, serving spoons, plates, bowls etc. The mattresses are so worn out that we couldn't get comfortable. These are two bedroom units so we slept in the 2nd bedroom with two twin beds (on our honeymoon!!!) because it was more comfortable. I can see other people complaining about how much older the decor is but for us it is the functionality or lack there of that is discouraging. On top of that I can see people assuming that the quality of the stay would be similar across the board and it is not. Common areas for Portside: The pool is really nice. It has a passcode entry. It was really nice having the pool almost completely to ourselves in September. There is a drink machine beside it. There's a tennis court. Parking is great. Lady at the Portside office was nice and accommodating. House keeping: terrible. They didn't vacuum. The dishes were dirty. We had to be out of the unit from 10 am - 4 pm when we swapped and during that time I can't help but wonder what house keeping does aside from washing the towels and bed sheets (which were great). read more

Do NOT rent or use from Panhandle Getaways. This is at Edgewater in PCB, building Leeward 102. Very disappointed in the condo we stayed at. The room was 82 degrees when we entered and immediately called Customer Service who was unable to send a technician out until the following day. We were expected to stay in a condo with no air, in the summer heat and wait for it to be repaired. Finally they agreed to move us to a unit for ONE night, at 10pm! That unit also had issues as the humidity was 85% and floors were wet with condensation! Both units had not been cleaned thoroughly either. Then we had to be out of the temporary unit the following day by 10 am! With only 30 minute notice! Our original unit still did not have a service man or repair at 10am and we were told to go to the bar and wait! The customer service rep was RUDE and sarcastic. Very unprofessional. The unit was finally fixed later that afternoon BUT the condo was in poor shape. The kitchen had burnt stains on the counter, broken cabinets and the kitchenware was still dirty! The whole experience was awful and I will NEVER rent from them again. This was in Panama City at Edgewater Condo Leeward 102. read more

Been using Panhandle Getaways for 3 years staying at Calypso in Panama City and had a great time with great rooms. This year we decided to stay at Ocean Reef (4 bedroom 3 bath) unit 809 and the stay has NOT been up to the same level I expected from previous years. Checkin was a nightmare. Panhandle told me there was no assigned parking which was anything but the truth. There is 1 assigned parking spot in the parking deck and the other additional car must use the overflow spot across the street. After physically walking around a 5 level parking deck and having to figure it on my own, I finally found the assigned spot. (Panhandle should have known this info). In addition 1 of the 3 elevators has been broken the whole time so have to wait a long time to get on an elevator. There is NO luggage cart or wagon to use to get items into the condo. Be ready to carry everything by hand or bring your own cart/wagon. There were 2 beach chairs in the condo. Took them all the way out to the beach and they were both broken. (Why are they still in the unit). AC unit stopped working multiple times during the trip. Spent a good bit of time on phone trying to get this delt with. People have been out 3 times now for the AC issues and still having issues with it not cooling. Fridge smells like fish. I will be dealing with getting some kind of compensation for my time in dealing with the issues in this condo. Not been a great experience. If you are an owner looking for property management company do not waste your time. Your place will rent but Panhandle Getaways will make more money and not fix anything they charge renters for insurance. I raised issue in March of last year. The fees were more than rent for the weekend. Meredith assured me this was normal but I could tell our condo was not making the bookings due to this. I also continued to report damage and although they collect money from renters never fixed the damage. We finally made the decision in October to cancel contract and give 60 days notice. Panhandle Getaways charged us $1100.00 annual linen fee and blocked off our entire calendar for November & December so we could not have any income and tacked on the annual linen fee. I contacted Meredith again asking why our dates were blocked off as per contract the condo should be available to rent. She fixed only to take down all of the pictures of condo and if you tried to book the condo for any dates received error message unable to rent. I also asked for linens I paid for and never received the linens or refund of $1100.00 I paid. Owners looking for property management company should steer clear. read more

I've waited to post this review because "I was told" by their Operations Manager, Stacy, (at Panhandle Getaways) that they would send a one night refund and an offer for a discount if we rented the same house again in the next year. We stayed at The Sailfish house on Mexico Beach in March. We were celebrating my husband's 70th birthday. We called ahead to be sure pool heater was on & working, as it was March! We wanted to go from the cool ocean to a warm pool. "We were told" it was always on. It was not working and very cold. "We were told" more than once that someone would be out to check it. And, "we were told" they would offer a refund for the number of days we spent without it working." It was repaired late in the day on our next to last day there. There was no thermometer in the pool, although Panhandle Getaways kept "telling me" there should be. Sadly, that was only the 1st problem. The shower in the 4th floor guest room flooded the floor and it leaked all the way through the exhaust fans down through the washer and dryer closet on the first floor. The repair person "told us" he knew this has been a problem, but had not been fixed. We had a few warmer days, but the a/c never worked on the main floor. The elevator was unpredictable, at best. It only worked if someone outside of it, pushed the outside door until it got to the floor it was sent to. The balcony doors on the 3rd floor never worked. We could not use them. The keypad on the main door was so finicky, we often thought we'd have to leave it unlocked... and did one of the days we expected a repair person to come. We were always spoken to nicely by anyone we called "everyday" because of one more thing. And "we were told" 3-4 times we would be receiving a refund for at least one night. This is a beautiful higher end property. It was disappointing that we spent so much time trying to see if someone could come fix something "else." "We were told" that they got 5 star reviews from those who came after us. We assume it was because they got everything fixed, since we kept calling. My family felt like "we should not have been told" they would make it right. Hope the owners of The Sailfish follow up on the maintenance. I do not ever want to leave a negative review. I have only great things to say about the Customer Service at Panhandle Getaways in Panama City Beach. We rented a unit at Calypso Tower 3. As an owner of one unit, 608W Calypso, we take pride in the appearance and maintenance. They do an excellent job of meeting our standards and taking care of so many little details to make the vacation experience special. Of particular importance, at our property at Calypso, we have our own front desk staff and manager. Let me first of all say that condo 2217 was AMAZING at Tidewater!!!! The views were breathtaking. Beds were great. Decorated nicely. Have nothing at all bad to say about the actual condo that we rented. HOWEVER, Angelia, The head of security changed everything on day 2 of our stay. My son was not aware that he couldn't park a golf cart that he rented in the parking garage. He NEVER entered the actual parking garage with the golf cart. The issue is - when he went to turn in - the head of security, Angelia yelled at him and said you are not parking that in my parking garage! He said why? She said b/c they are not allowed. He said well that is stupid. Because he wasn't aware of the rules. He immediately did a u-turn to go to the front office to find out where he WAS ALLOWED to park and was again verbally attacked by the head of security. Angelia was yelling very irately at another person on the golf cart to move it and she did not have the keys. Angelia did not care! Angelia told my son that he was going to wind up in jail and he was a poor excuse for a life. I then had my husband go down to sort things out and the very first thing Angelia said to my husband when she seen him was "Does THAT belong to you?" (while pointing at my son). My husband said HE is not a THAT but yes, he belongs to me. She then started yelling at my husband. Angelia followed my husband up to our room and I could hear her yelling from inside our room. He said woman I am not letting you talk to me that way and let the door close. Then about 30 minutes later the doorbell rang. My husband was tending to our grandbaby so I answered the door. I opened the door and said, yes? And Angelia was standing there with a police officer and another security officer. And she yelled at me and said, "See that man (my husband) isn't even a real man because he had his wife answer the door!" I answered the door b/c he was changing my grandbaby. I had NEVER even met or seen this woman and this is how she greeted me at the door. I can ONLY imagine how she greeted my son being he was 19 if she greeted my husband and myself the way she did. And not to mention she REFUSED TO SPEAK TO THE POLICE and his Corporal. I feel like Angelia was on a "power trip" b/c she knew the HOA staff was not working that day and there was no one for me to contact. The staff on the 2nd floor where you check in had said the golf cart could be parked in the overflow parking but when Justin tried to park there Angelia told him she would have him towed b/c that was HER lot as well. I have been with AIRBNB for several years and a super host the entire time...I would never in a million years treat one of my guests like this woman did. We were yelled at, followed, had the cops called on us, thrown out, ignored, bullied and more. YES - AFTER my son was verbally attacked by this woman he did exchange words with her. Who wouldn't???? He even tried to tell her he was sorry on his own and she refused to speak to him. She locked herself in an office and refused to come out for the LAW. Does that not explain a lot to yall? His name was Officer Woodall. Call him! PLEASE!!! The non-emergency number for Officer Woodall is 850-233-5010. He said ON THE BODY CAMERA AND TO HIS BOSS that Angelia was acting like a 3-year-old throwing a tantrum. So NO, the issue is NOT the golf cart. The issue is being attacked by someone of authority and then she got mad when we reacted back. Angelia started the entire ordeal with the way she came at my son, then his girlfriend, my husband, myself and then the 2 officers. Did some of us have something to say back to her? YES. Who wouldn't? We had nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the place and the staff UNTIL this happened! It was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a condo because of Angelia and Angelia alone! The staff under her feared her. You could tell. I tried very hard to go up the proper channels to get support and no one called me back from the HOA staff. I left 4 messages. Panhandle Getaways said that the law that Officer Woodall told us about concerning how we would get our money back for the unused nights was untrue and that they would not be refunding any money. I would defiantly not recommend staying at TIDEWATER on Panama City Beach because of this woman alone. She is the one "in charge" and she hid in a closet office from the LAW. That should speak so loudly!!!!! read more

I'll save you the long story. After an 8 hrs trip, dirty rooms, closed beach access, rooms not ready at check in with no compensation. These people don't care about you or what you paid for. If you want to get what you paid for, these ain't your guys. The pics below are what you get for $700 a night at Prominence 30A Salty Paws 100 A. read more

Reached out about a rental that said students over 21 could rent and when I did reach out they said it was striclty 25 and then blocked my messages read more

Panhandle Getaways does not communicate with you at all after its booked. The unit was dirty. The basic cleaning has been done but the entire unit was dusty like it has not been dusted in years. Both the queen and king headboards, all picture frames, lamp shades and the decor. The baseboards are filthy. The master lamp shade and wall has splatter marks all over. It's a beach condo but the entire place shouldn't be covered in sand before we get to the unit. The outdoor chairs have not ever been cleaned off or shaken out. The water was out for hours on 4 of the days we were here. I called a couple times with 1 answer but I never received any calls back from them. I will not book with this company again. read more

Beware...Do not trust this company! I paid a deposit of over $500.00 and now wanted to cancel. I let them (Panhandle Getaways) know well before my 30 day window as required. When I booked this week long vacation, in the contract it said I would get a 100% refund if I cancel before 30 days of arrival. Purchasing insurance was not required either. I called 45 days prior to our arrival date and WHAT DO YOU KNOW THEIR POLICY HAS NOW CHANGED! Is this legal? I don't know and I won't sue over $500 dollars as I am sure they know. Yet I will warn potential customers to beware if they ripped me off they can do the same to you. I have 2 screenshots. One when I booked and the "new version" where I don't get my 100% refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked, I only looked at the reviews on their website. UPDATE: Immediately after posting this review I decided to call Panhandle one more time and let them know I was going to contact the BBB. As soon as I spoke with someone I told her I'd already been denied a full refund yet I have a screenshot saying I am entitled to one. The lady didn't argue and offered my full refund. (Shocker) That's the opposite of what happened in my last phone call where they were going to keep my whole refund minus $60.00. So this is great news for me and I was told I'll get my refund in 3-7 days and VRBO will refund the rest automatically. I am thinking more people must have complained as well. If the refund doesn't happen I'll be back. read more
