Still good. To be honest I only come here annually because I get gift cards to Panera Bread. Still, the food is good. A little pricey. I came here a year ago. Still good. Service was good. Quick. No issues. We had the broccoli soup again. Excellent. This time around I got the BLT. Not bad. A better choice of cheese would have been better. My wife had the pizza and my daughter had the turkey. All good. Highly recommended read more

I always used to joke that Panera is just expensive cafeteria food but when it comes to the Fall/Winter and they put the Autumn Squash soup on the menu, I stop all the jokes! If you haven't had this soup stop what you're doing and run to Panera as it's that good! It may not look appetizing, but it's worth the money even if you only get a small cup. As long as this seasonal item is on the menu, Panera will always have a customer in me! read more

Please consider training your staff on how to communicate with customers when an order was not able to be fulfilled as ordered. I got all the way home (a half hour) and realized they substituted bagels we won't eat. I'm angry because your bagels are not cheap. It's not hard to have a conversation with someone. read more

Panera bread is honestly one of the most underrated restaurants around if they would just improve their portions, they would be a full- blown dinner restaurant I love everything on the menu chicken bacon rancher, the mac & cheese the soup the chips the tea. Ordered food from this location directly. They use DoorDash to deliver for them and the driver stole my food. Panera claims they can't help, DoorDash claims they can't help and here I am hungry and without the food that I paid for. Never order anything from this location, unless you like dealing with criminals. read more

I would like to say that the mostly always comes out perfect and faster than most locations. The people who work there are always smiling, and the place it well kept especially the bathrooms. (that's important) for the most part I enjoy relaxing and having gov a cup of coffee here most of the time. the food is delicious and very Panera standards. I had an issue one morning and their manager Barrat quickly with a smile fixed the situation and it made me want to take time and appreciate this company especially this location. read more

great place if you're looking for hair in your soup and flies in your Mac & cheese! absolutely disgusting.

Panera Bread - Me and my mom enjoying Mac & Cheese - Sandwiches Near Me - Waterford, Michigan

Friendly service but they're generally out of Asiago Bagels, or coincidentally anything we actually want. I won't blame them for a negative DoorDash incident, where we had a large family dinner delivery order and the dasher took a photo at a different apartment and stole the order. Doordash hung up on me when I called. The Panera manager said this was common and replaced our order, but it became a 2-hour ordeal. Will still continue revisiting this location because it's close, but will never do DoorDash again and will always check the bag before leaving! read more

Getting to like this place. Good sandwiches & soups. Self serve drinks & coffee. Trying hard not to want any of the bake goods. To me a little costly cafeteria-like seating. read more

My daughter had the new Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl - it was decent, but nothing you couldn't make at home with just a couple ingredients. We expected it to have more veggies and goodies, like the other Bowls that Panera offers. It had a nice flavor but needed more substance. Recommended but Panera should add more texture and yumm to the Bowl. read more

Quick breakfast, lunch, snacks. My first stop to start the day off right. Easy going music, friendly staff. They often run out of my favorite- spinach and bacon soufflés... but I got the last one today! YES! (They do make many batches of them every morning) read more

This place gets five out of five stars because they are always accurate when they have the inventory and they are always honest helpful and on time. I've learned the hard way that if I want bagels to order them the day before and I have never been let down and for it to be because they make them fresh every night a reason I think I can gladly accept. Not only that but they messed up my order the other day and instead of giving me half a sandwich they gave me a whole sandwich and made my whole day so that's the main reason I'm leaving this review because it made me so happy. And it was delicious!! I don't have any pictures of the food because I usually eat it so quickly but everybody knows what it looks like. The only thing that is annoying is that you have to order breakfast before 1030 but if you want soup you have to order it after 10 so unless you order the day before you're kind of screwed if you want breakfast and lunch. I also didn't think it was very cool that my ice coffee had liquid sugar in it today because it didn't say that on the website it just said it came with almond milk but I live and learn and don't blame them. Happy customer all around and wish they had a better score but hope this helps!!! read more

I travel a lot for work and very often need WiFi. Panera Bread has been my go to for a number of years. I travel in Connecticut and the Waterford location is one of my favorite. I highly recommend this location! read more

I got into a major argument with a manager over the way my quart of soup was packaged. I and a previous order here for a quart of soup that was not secured in the bag and it busted over when trying to get ot out at home. I was scalded and the soup went everywhere. The manager argued with me that that they is the way they will be doing it and not securing it in a larger bag with a cardboard holder to keep it from spilling. This argument got heated in front of the other customers and this manger then threatened to kick me out instead of admitting they have an issue with packaging. The district manager later called and only counseled this manager and took down my comments about packaging. Someone will get burned in the future and sue them,. This manager escalated a situation in front of a store filled with customers and made for a hostile atmosphere. He has yet to apologize.I am now going to Zoup and never again coming back to Panara after spending hundreds the past 3 years at stores all over the country. This is the only Panara where I felt the hostility towards the customers by this one manager. read more

I have been to this location many times. This place is horrible. Multiple times I never received my food. I've waited for 25 minutes to get my food. I've emailed panera asking for my money back because I never received my order. They are rude. It takes 30 days to get a refund. This has happened to me twice. Never received my refunds. My orders are never there. I ask the employees and they ignore you. You don't get your panera rewards even when you give them your information. Never went back to this location. read more

Most of the food is good, but overpriced. However the new chicken sandwich is disgusting, doesn't even look like real chicken breast the taste is awful feels slimy in your mouth. Went in the garbage after one bite. Don't waste your money read more

I think Panera is a little over priced... But, I had a $5 off you-pick-two coupon and I decided to use it. Went to the drive-thru and ordered half Bacon Turkey Bravo and small Mac and Cheese for my little guy. My sandwich was delicious and he loved his mac and cheese. I felt like my 1/2 sandwich was really small.. smaller than I recall in the past. It also came with a side and I picked chips. With the coupon it was worth it. Fast drive-thru service and the order was correct. read more

Everything I've ever had from Panera is excellent. The bagels are tasty and soft, but not too soft. The pastries are fresh and sweet. There are a lot of options for drinks, sandwiches, and soups. They've really improved their menu. read more

This property is the worst location, this is now the 4th time going to this location and you would think at 6:40 in the morning they would have souffles have anything displayed out no they did not nothing they had empty racks in front of the bread rack so you couldn't see what even bred that they had very rude to women working the counter they both sat there and carried on a conversation while I was waiting for them to talk to me this location should close it is the worst. I ate lunch or one time the food was so nasty I couldn't finish my lunch the worst part about it I have $50 in gift certificates that I can't even use or spend because they don't have anything worth the value for your money garbage this location is garbage. I love this place. There chicken chiptole avacodo melt is my favorite. I order from them at least once a month

Save yourself the time and go to Starbucks. Laziest and most rude employees several times in a row my curbside order was never made or started on when it notified me it was ready 15 minutes ago. Worst Panera. If it was an option they'd probably make me come back there and make my own sandwich for a mobile order. Crazy how a business like this is still being operated. read more

This used to be my favorite Panera, but boy has the quality, food, and customer service gone down in the last 6 months or so. I will not becoming back for awhile. Rude staff if you expect people to get there own cup . Maybe you should put them in a spot that's noticeable or just give us a cup. Or you know say it in a nicer way other then "do it yourself" this is why you work at Panera and not a higher customer service job. read more

I like Panera (the franchise) but this location has disappointed me so much. They're not friendly, and drive thru has gotten my orders bad... In this time of "wear your masks" we sat and watched 1 employee of roughly 8 wear their mask correctly. One of which who was preparing food had their mask around their neck while coughing onto their forearm. I go to this location almost every day because of the sip club they offer. I almost always have great service and I'm not sure why it's rated so low. Staff is friendly and food is correct and good about 95% of the time. My only problem with Panera is their hot cups leak at the seam about 75% of the time. I just try to make sure I have a reusable mug. read more

Horrible service. First person literally refused to look at me. When she spoke I wasn't even sure she was speaking so I said "were you speaking to me? I'm used to someone looking at me when asking a question". She said she was focused on the screen (yet I hadn't even ordered anything yet and she still didn't look at me). She went and got someone else. I guess she didn't think being at the front taking customer orders should require her to actually look at the customer and she had no intention of doing so. The next person said everything right (wIth condescension), but got my order wrong. I should have looked at the reviews first. Clearly a location that doesn't understand or care about their service. This will be my last visit. There are too many other choices for a customer to choosE from. read more

Friendly, nice service. I thought there was a self-service microwave and when I asked, the worker said it was in the back, but she warmed it for me and even brought it to my table, even though I was watching for her to put it in the pick up area. Later someone else came by and offered to take my dirty dishes away. read more

I've been a customer for several years. Lately (even pre Covid) it has gone down hill. They don't seem to be able to read. I place an order via the app and ask for THICK SLICED white bread. They NEVER get it right. And if I catch it and point it out, most of the time they can't fix it because they only bake 2 loaves of white bread each day so they don't have another one to slice up. The thick sliced white is great for making French toast and it's great for grilled cheese. Well, they sure screwed that up this weekend. This isn't the first time this happened. In fact it happens all the time. I usually check the order before I leave but today I was in a hurry so I failed to check. On the website, they removed the ability to send them a message. There's only a phone number to call and if you do, you'll be on hold forever while they play a recording saying how important your call is to them. If they would just take a few seconds to read the damned order I'd be perfectly happy. read more

I pretty fed up with this store. Panera the franchise I am a fan of but this location is terrible. Drive thru is the worst, almost always get my order wrong, and I'm dumb enough to not check my order before I leave. Today I was charged for a large tub of cream cheese and given a little tiny one. You would think for as slow as they are they could at least take 2 seconds to check the order. read more

Why offer an egg and cheese sandwich when every time I order it, I get bacon, egg and cheese?
