I ordered a You Pick Two Lunch Combo Half Green Goddess Salad with the best dressing ever Half Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Regular Kettle Chips and a regular Prickly Pear Ice Tea. My only complaint is the bread to filling ratio. For the price of the sandwich, I would expect a more filling vs so much bread. But otherwise very good and I would come back again. I recently visited Panera Bread and was impressed with the variety and quality of their soups. They had a great selection of soups that were all delicious and satisfying. However, my experience was marred by the non-professional staff who failed to fulfill my mobile order on multiple occasions. This was a major inconvenience and caused me to waste a lot of time waiting for my order to be prepared. The straws are also relatively dirty. The environment here is pretty nice, the paintings are cute and the lighting is lovely. Drink machines need to be cleaned more often, for sure. Tons of ice spilled, etc. Despite the great soups, the unprofessional staff really detracted from my experience. I hope that Panera Bread can improve their staff training and ensure that mobile orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. You can get regular light, or dark roast, decaf, hazelnut, or iced coffee. You can get whichever size you would like. Of course I go for the large, and always bring a refill home, for my breakfast coffee. I never have to make coffee at home anymore. You only have to go 4 days, and you have covered the cost of the whole month of unlimited coffee. I love their blueberry scones, warmed, with butter. They are amazing. They handed me the roll on a plate and told me to use the microwave to heat it myself. The microwave is located below the coffee bar about 2 1/2 from the floor. The coffee bar is a busy location making it difficult to get at and stooping low like that exposes you to having hot coffee spilled on you because another customer may not pay attention to what they are doing. The online ordering system is very smooth and very straightforward. Directions are clear and easy to follow. This store has been good at getting their takeout orders out according to the estimated time online. I placed an order and it said approximate completion time was in 15 minutes. And sure enough, when I got there 15 minutes later, my order was correct and waiting for me. The tomato soup I was was hot and creamy like it was supposed to be, with just the right balance of sour and savory notes. The Green Goddess Salad was fantastic. I love the combination or roasted chicken, avocado, hard boiled eggs, and red onions with the mixed salad greens. The green goddess dressing is probably the best part. I waited at the counter and a female staff member came up after a minute or 2. She brought my order from the back and handed it to me. My order wasn't correct I ordered pick two. I picked Asian Chicken salad. I requested extra dressing. It didn't come with extra dressing. It actually was less than 1/2 a container full. I also ordered tuna sandwich with extra onion. I had half a piece of onion on the entire sandwich. The bread was so dry that I just scraped the tuna into my underdressed salad. Past couple of times we have experienced poor service and the place was filthy! 3/4 of the tables were covered in crumbs and grease smears. I'm really not happy today. This is my 4th time ordering online from this location and every time they mess it up. This time I decided to call to complain because a 4th time is ridiculous at this point. I ordered a whole steak N cheddar panini sandwich with tomato basil bread, No horseradish sauce. Cheese herb butter on the side for me to try first. The receipt clearly has it written out so it's definitely the person that made the order fault. It came on a white panini bread with tons of cheese herb butter all in it. No pickled onions. So three mistakes that really messed it up. I called and repeated my order several Times for the person that took my call. The replacement gets delivered and on a paper it says "1/2 steak white, provolone, cheddar, tomato basil". So I only got a half portion of the $11 dollars I paid for a sandwich only to be made wrong again! They put a lot of horseradish sauce on it rendering it gross for me. I can't stand horseradish sauce. Also had regular butter slathered in it? I just don't understand why it's sooo hard to get an order right when it's spelled out perfectly for them. This is your standard Panera, except that they have a drive thru, which is a great idea. The store is sparkling clean because it is so new but it is quite smaller than other Paneras. Service and food were up to par, and the food was made quickly. I love their you-pick-two lunch option (I always get the French onion soup with either turkey artichoke or frontega chicken). This was my first time for breakfast and I was unimpressed by my sandwich. It was rather small and bland. The cobblestone roll we shared looked delicious but had a strange aftertaste to it. My son absolutely adores their grilled cheese kids meal. I like that Panera is now posting calories next to its fare- it helps me not to overindulge! read more
