Food is great, my issue is with the service itself. I picked up my mobile order at the drive through and the girl working it seemed quite rude. I'm not one to write a complaint but I felt like management should address it. I get when you're busy it's one thing, but acting like it was an inconvenience for you to look up my order was completely different. I also heard the way she spoke to the lady behind me and said "give me one second" with an annoyed tone. I wish I was able to give them less stars but sadly I cant. Morning staff is as rude as you can imagine. They have a few staff that just spend the entire time screaming, making fun of people and make rude remarks about everything and anything, complaining about their personal life out loud with manager. Manager is as childish as the employees. They don't care about your food at all as you can see on this picture, they dont like you they will put spicy sauce on your food so you cant eat it, and on top this place is always dirty. Panera is expensive as it is, now imagine buying something you cant eat... make your selfs a favor, theres better places around the area with better food options. The workers are so extremely friendly and helpful here. I have had multiple great experiences. The food is hot and fresh and I LOVE their drink bar (Thank you Sip Club)! I highly recommend this location. It is super busy during lunch time but there is quite a bit of seating. The only negative feedback I can give is please don't put drink cups top down in the cubbies. Either fill them up with the ordered drink and put on a lid or let the customer get their cup themselves and fill it. I was so grossed out by that but maybe it's not usual so I won't subtract stars. read more

My daughter, grandson, and I dropped in a short time before they were closing. That made no difference as we were served wonderful sandwiches, drinks, and chips. We got the last of the cookies and they were yummy. The staff couldn't be more helpful and we learned a lot from them. Panera, in general, has ruined their potato soup with stinky Asiago. Even if you ask for the Asiago to be left off the top, it's still mixed in somehow. It's disgusting also the quality of the soup itself is not fresh ingredients. It's oddly gooey, like there's gelatin in it. So sad. The soup used to be amazing. read more

Pretty bad experience on 8/22/24 at 7:30pm. They were just throwing out wrong orders to everyone. The drive through was 10 deep and people complaining inside. Once I got my order corrected for the second time the steak cheesesteak sandwich had no steak. They only put the sauce and cheese. Nice visit! I placed my order with a nice young lady that was smiling and very pleasant to deal with. The team creating the food definitely was hard at work and I even got to benefit from a mistaken order...yay fun fun to try new items complimentary. I think the managers name was David (Red shirt on 10/1/18) he was super awesome and it seemed to be a positive atmosphere on the cook line. My order came out piping hot and super tasty. My wife and I went to Panera Bread for lunch. I asked the person taking our order if the chicken and pepperoni sandwich was on the You Pick two menu and she said it was so I ordered it with soup. She charged me $12.09 for the sandwich and $4.89 for the soup. When they brought it out it was a whole sandwich. I complained to the manager and she said the person taking the order should have told me that they don't do a half of sandwich in the chicken pepperoni. I used to frequent Panara at this location years ago. I stopped going when the guy serving my sandwich wiped a bugger on the napkin attached to my order. But before that, at this and other locations they looked at me strangely when I entered. I'm not unusual looking. I dress well, but for some reason I get the impression they do not want me in their store. Maybe the company just has socially discriminating employees. Someone doesn't fit their idea of the people they prefer to serve and they choose to discriminate with glares and poor quality food. Nevertheless, I quit going to Panara after the disgusting bugger wipe. It had been years since the last time I patronized a Panara. But the other day...as the economy continues to sink with Bidet in office...I resorted to going to this location for a breakfast sandwich because the other usual locations did not have have what I normally get. The other stores both were out of a particular breakfast item. The person at the counter at one of the stores said they hadn't been provided with the breakfast item for months and their stock finally ran out. So, I get a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich from Panara. I get to church and proceed to consume it. A few bites in I notice the sausage is dry and hard like it's way overcooked. It was crispy like a cookie. The meat was so overcooked that it was crispy. What is wrong with this company that they cannot provide proper service and food to customers? The person on the speaker and at the window had poor customer service and a poor attitude. On top of everything else, there was a hair in my sandwich and the tortilla strips for my soup were stale. The service is very quick and friendly. I love the order yourself computers so you can skip the line. I had the green goddess Cobb salad it was very fresh and delicious. I had an appointment in the area and decided I needed to treat myself to a quiet meal... alone. Some may feel uncomfortable sitting alone eating, but I throughly enjoy it. Panera is a great spot for that. I have never been to this location. But, the expectations I have for Panera as a whole does not change based on location. That being said, I did not get the warm fuzzy customer service feel from the staff at this location. I walked up to the cashier to place my order. I asked what scones were available today and she let me know. I ordered one, than my pick two and a kids meal. When ordering the pick two I could not decide between French onion soup or tomato. I even said it out loud thinking maybe she would hear me and chime in with her thoughts. Nope, she just stood there waiting for me to decide. She did not crack a smile the whole time. I was done placing my order, paid and walked away to grab a seat and a drink. The seating is not too bad. A mixture of seats and booths is nice, especially for those who are handicap. Ooo before so forget to mention. But, the entrance is a little wonky. You have to walk onto the patio seating are to get to that door. The door you may think is the entrance is actually an exit. Some how my order was placed as a to go order. I personally do not recall saying it was to go, but who knows. Then the croutons for my tomato soup were missing and I got a tablespoon of dressing for my salad. That was not enough at all. 2 TBSP is normally a serving size. I was too lazy to get up and leave my stuff unattended. I already had to get up to get my croutons. The soup was piping hot, which is perfect, same with the macaroni and cheese. The visit was still good despite Debbie downer and missing or lack of items. Ok, I am still sitting here and need to add this to my review. I have been here for at least 45 min. I have not seen anyone going around wiping tables off. I had to wipe my own table. Also the music is at a perfect volume. They are playing beautiful Christmas music also. read more

I have to get on here just to sing the praises of this location today! I'm a teacher nearby, and although right now with virtual teaching I have a little flexibility, it's still very important to me to be able to come, pick my order up quickly, and leave. However, my lunch is always during peak lunch hour, of course. Today I had ordered ahead and ordered a soup that isn't normally available, but I was excited to see was available on the app. I pulled into my spot and in only a couple minutes I was helped by someone AND the manager (I assume- he was wearing a different colored shirt like managers normally do) came out to inform me that actually, there had been a mistake and they didn't have the soup that I wanted. But he took the time to list off what soups they did have and was able to substitute it right away for another soup and even gave extra croutons like I asked for! All in all, even with having to swap something in my order, the curbside pickup took maybe five minutes tops. As someone whose schedule is really important to them, as is customer service, I really appreciated the quick fix and the friendliness of everyone involved. I actually live next to another location but this is definitely going to be a go-to spot for when I want a good lunch. Even when I'm not working, if I'm ever on this side of town I'll know where to stop by, because the atmosphere inside when I HAVE had occasion to dash inside for an order, is always welcoming and it's a great place if you want to sit and work on things. Not to mention, the rewards system is absolutely fantastic and I don't think I've paid full-price for a single thing since I became a rewards member. Definitely worth it! read more

I had requested a salad dressing and it had been omitted. The previous visit two weeks ago was just as bad. The steak and white cheddar sandwich was inedible. I called and let the manager know. David Jackson who is the manager and all the staff were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help if something was not correct. I was shocked/pleased with how quickly he and the staff were to remember me and it felt very at home. The staff were amazing at reading and responding to the customers needs. I would strongly reccomend the Strawberry Lemonade and the Breakfast Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich on ciabatta bread. The muffins are served all day but if you would prefer to get pumpkin or orange cranberry you should go earlier on in the day naturally. There are always blueberry muffins. Literally all muffins are moist and really are quite good. The restaurant seems well staffed and my food was always delivered to my table quickly and accurately. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE- HORRIBLE MANAGER. I went to the Panera at sw 104th and S Penn in OKC tonight and ordered soup. I changed my sides as I always do. When the guy brought it to my car, I asked if the bread was in the bag, he said yes. I didn't bother to check. I got home and there was no bread! I called and spoke to the Manager Lindy, and she was extremely rude and asked me what I suggested she do about it. I said I don't know, I don't work at Panera, what would you suggest and it's not necessary to be rude to me when you all made the mistake! She proceeded to me she had a long day and was short staffed. I just told her I would deal with this issue another way and said good bye! Terrible. Rude. Ordered online for dive thru pick up. Entered drive thru a few minutes after being alerted. Sat there at the speaker for several minutes before coming inside. Woman at the pick up counter deliberately ignored me. Went to ordering counter. Young man showed me empty pick up rack. "It was for drive thru," I said. Nothing. A different woman who later identified herself as a manager appeared at the pick up counter. I tried to engage her but she deliberately ignored me. Wouldn't even look at me. Just some angry woman. I paced back to ordering counter. Nothing. Went back and asked the rude woman for a manager. She responded, "I'm a manager." I explained how I've got a sandwich sitting around and getting soggy by now. I literally begged for my order. I showed my electronic receipt. I showed the phone screen. She threatened to call the cops and performed this pantomime of calling on speaker, but the "cops" never picked up. Meanwhile, this manager appears from out of nowhere and tells me to leave. I showed her my phone and told her I would gladly leave when she either refunded my money or gave me the sandwich. She reached behind the counter and handed me my clearly labeled order.
