on 2/3/2025 for dinner had the following: 1) Half Tuna Fish Sandwich with leafy lettuce, slice tomato & tuna fish: Too much leafy lettuce, but I will use the extra on my salad, a bit fishy tasting tuna at first bite than it changed later to taste great! Not sure what kind of bread, but it was alright. I prefer, croissant with cranberry raisin & walnut bites. 2) Caesar Salad with croutons & dressing on the side. I have not eaten it yet but I have had it there before so I am sure its 100% great. 3) Brownies with powder sugar: Tasted good. I cut mine in small bites. Ate some of it through out the night. Was not good for my digestive system though just because I am not used to eating it anymore. the item is still good for others. I & my digestive system prefers the chocolate chip cookie with the salt (Kitchen Cookie) with 8 ounces of whole milk. I may try a bite of the brownie, drinking a 8 ounce of whole milk to see if its better for my digestive system. 4) Kettle Chips I have not had yet. For the past 2? 3? years I've been coming here 3 or 4 times a week. (I am a student and used to work right across the street). This place is AMAZING for studying. Almost never busy, everyone that works here is super sweet, and has reliable (free!!!) wifi. As I'm writing this, I've been sitting here for the last 2 hours working on my college work. My rapid pick up order took 20 minutes longer than the estimated time provided. I kept checking on my order of Chipotle Chicken and Bacon flatbread and was told it was in the oven. My name disappeared from their progress screen and still nothing so I checked again. My order has been sitting in a workspace that I couldn't see and when I was given the box, I could tell it was no longer hot. When I got to my hotel room, it was the WRONG flatbread. We stopped at Panera just to try the new Mac and cheese sandwich. I was not very happy with it. If you look at the owners pic and mine. There is a big difference. Definitely not worth $10. The cheese is that stick fake cheese that it just not good to me. The bread of course was great and there was some parts where the cheese was hard from around the edges that was so good. We also ordered orange scones, a cookie, and chocolate croissant. We did not get the cookie. But, we did get a pumpkin muffin. The scones were soft, big, and perfectly glazed. The chocolate croissant was good, I was told. The service was not great at all. The girl taking the order seemed very confused and kept putting in the wrong item and we would have to correct her. We got to the window and asked if they had any more scones. She was so confused. Another lady came and we asked her and she was able to get the additional scones. It took way too long. Today we were on our way to go see Christmas lights and stopped here to try the place out for a quick bite. We have never been here before and let's just say we are disappointed with the service. We went through the drive through and couldn't hear the person taking our order, and when we tried to order she ignored us and we could hear her having a conversation with her other co workers. There was no one in line but us and it took like 10 min to make a sandwich. We paid 10$ for a oven roasted sub and when she gave us the food we said thank you and left. We opened the bag and found a tossed sandwich in a box that was falling out like literally half of the sub was out of the box. Don't know if I should give the place another chance? I visited this restaurant a few days ago for the first time and was surprisingly disappointed. We told the cashier we were new to the restaurant and she seemed underwhelmed. Forced to navigate a confusing menu selections were made. The 1/2 sandwich tomato/bacon/cheese was soggy and the grilling of the bead incomplete. Its partnered 10 vegetable soup was bland and under seasoned. The second plate fared no better. The onion soup was salty and had a tinned taste. The chicken salad turned out to be a soggy sandwich impossible to hold and not the expected salad requested. The service was slow, the meal grossly overpriced and the staff I met seemed less thrilled to be there than myself trying to finish the meal. As this was my first time to visit I will try another somewhere else. This established if not improved will not be missed. read more

We are traveling across states because we are moving. We stopped at Panera looking for a quick lunch, and instead our meals took so long that it added literally an extra hour to our drive time . We have no idea what took them so long, because there were only a couple of customers there and the workers mostly just stood around. The only positive thing I can share is that our sandwiches were served warm and our coffee was served hot. However, even that was tainted when I took my final sip of coffee and received a gigantic mouth full of coffee grinds - yum . If you come across this place, I recommend looking for another location. If I could give this location of Panera Bread a rating of no stars, I would. Before I start, I would like to mention that the only person who was helpful in all of this was the man working the cashier named Michael. He did everything in his power to make things right while his manager Blair sat at the kitchen window, very much aware of the problem, but not even doing as much as making a visit out to talk to us until Michael had already handled the situation. I ordered after a couple, but right before my mother and sister who were on a separate ticket. All of us ordered around 8:15 pm, 45 minutes before the location was supposed to close. In the time of the following events, I did not observe anyone else entering the establishment. I will follow the order of events individually based on the customer, in the order in which orders were placed. To start with the couple who ordered before me, they had been waiting for about twenty minutes before noticing that we had not received our food yet either and mentioning the wait to us. They waited about ten more minutes after this before bringing it to the attention of Michael who promptly rushed into the kitchen to ask about the order. He was told that "they were working on it" and passed on the message. Fifteen more minutes passed, and Michael had noticed that they still had not gotten their food, rushing again back into the kitchen to figure out the problem and being told to pass on the same message, apologizing to the couple that it was taking so long. After an hour of the couple waiting (fifteen minutes after the location was supposed to have closed), Michael essentially asked the kitchen to see the order, to which he was told that they had lost the order. Michael came back out to pass on the bad news, asking if they had the receipt so that he could ensure that it was corrected. At the same time, he offered the couple each a free pastry as the only way he could help accommodate the wait. At 9:30 pm, the kitchen still had not gotten them their food or even made progress on it, even after Michael bringing them the receipt to the order. I would like to mention that during this hour and fifteen minutes, I observed the shift manager Blair on her phone, and walking around the store. However, she was apparently too busy to talk to this couple. The only time that she talked to the couple was when they asked for a refund of their ticket at 9:30 pm, to which she apologized claiming that she was trying to coordinate in the kitchen and gave them their refund. Everything aside from the refund itself was in the helpful hands of Michael who did absolutely everything that he could to make things right but couldn't because the kitchen never made their food. Now for the chain of events relating to my own order. I ordered a specialty coffee and a bowl of soup. About ten minutes after the couple addressed us, which is around thirty minutes after I ordered, the kitchen finally get my drink out to me. I would like to note that at this point, my food was still nowhere to be found. It was then that I approached Michael about my own meal. I too received the same response from the kitchen as the couple had, and an apology from Michael. Fifteen minutes later my food had still not arrived, prompting me to bring it back to Michaels attention. He then asked me what my order was exactly and went to the kitchen asking them to make it then and there. The kitchen had claimed to have lost my order after already getting my drink out to me a full fifteen minutes before this. Regardless, I have Michael to thank for getting me my food. He also offered me a free pastry as the only way that his shift manager Blair would allow him to accommodate for the wait. I would like to note that Blair did not approach me until as I was finishing my food around 9:20 pm. By this time, Michael had handled the situation. Her excuse to me was that she was coordinating in the kitchen because they did not expect to be that busy. As I mentioned earlier, I did not see anyone else enter the establishment after I had ordered, and when I arrived there were only two vehicles waiting in the drive-through. Finally, for my mother and sisters order. My mother and sister, who placed their order last out of the three orders, waited a full forty minutes before they got their food, still getting their food before both the couple and myself. When their order arrived, my sister's salad had no dressing on it, though it was ordered with dressing, and she did not receive her drink. She also brought this to the attention of Michael who promptly brought her a container of dressing and told the kitchen about the missing drink. He then apologized to my sister for the mistakes. After twenty more minutes had passed, sometime around 9:15 pm, My sister had still not received her drink from the kitchen and informed Michael, who handled the situation. In this time my mother and sister were never approached by the shift manager Blair. read more

Ordered the chicken noodle soup and salad. The soup was good. I was disappointed that the salad only consisted of lettuce, bits of chicken, and croutons. We have tried Panera twice now in hopes it would be good, but both times the food was just awful. This last time I got the potato soup and it was just awful. Not sure what was in it but potato soup should be a comfort food and this soup had an awful taste. The bread was not wrapped up in anything just thrown in the bag. My husband had some pasta and he said it was not very good at all. The food is far from fresh and there are far better choices for food. We won't be trying this again, twice was enough. read more
