I love panera bread. They have the best bread and the best soup. I usually order the half and half so that way i can get half a sandwich and half soup. They are usually pretty quick but one time they completely forgot my order and I had to wait almost an hour for my meal. Hopefully this won't happen to you. She had her mask down below her chin, speaking into her headset all while preparing my food. She only pulled it up when she noticed that I saw her. Staff is always so rude, especially at the window. I've been multiple times and they almost always forget an item in the bag. I have also ordered delivery, they forgot an item, and we weren't sent the item finally until an entire 2 hours later. I understand they get busy but there is no excuse to be rude. If you tell them they've forgotten an item in the restaurant, they are very rude even when you politely remind them. Are we that absent-minded that we have no thinking button to care about others to not take your used cup to a fountain and press it against the same area that another customer will press their cup? And staff, are you so uncaring as to not watch out for this kind of uncaring and bad behavior that you don't have a process in place that no only prohibits customers from going back to the beverage fountains with used cups, but you have staff to watch for it. I stopped here for a snack and drink after shopping and was overall pleased with this location. I had the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel and warm tea. It was simple, yet hit the spot. I didn't toast it so it was soft, chewy and sticky just like I was having a dessert and the warm tea was comforting too. I truly could've taken a nap afterwards because it was filling, quiet and the staff kept the tables bussed and bathrooms were very clean!
