Reduced size bagel... It's like a slider bun now. What a ripoff.
    Andrew G.

Not only has Panera raised prices significantly, but they have reduced the size of their bagels (see picture). I used to frequent the Panera at the Greene, but have stayed away due to the huge price increases. Why pay over $10 for a sandwich when you can get much more within 200 ft at Potbelly's. I know the size of the multigrain bagel. When I opened the bag, I knew it was smaller than any other one I had ordered before. What a ripoff. And I'll bet they did not alter the calorie count. They should label the new bagel sizes as "Shrinkflation Bagels".

Had Panera for lunch. I had the pick two. I had a half a grilled cheese sandwich and chicken noodle soup and chips. It was very good. I do have to say that I thought prices for the meal was expensive but it was worth it.pictures below

absolutely delicious! my cousin and i tried to order online- it got confusing, so we went in and ordered our food. this came our within 10-15 minutes, impressive. our food was warm and fresh. the tomato soup was creamy and the croutons added a nice crunch. my sandwich was unbelievable great, warm, crunchy, soft, and very cheesy. but my favorite thing was the baguette, the bread was warm and soft and just the perfect type of bread to dip in your soup. the restaurant was not too crowded, and had a nice cafe vibe. this meal was great, definitely recommend.

Chicken Frontega panini with Dijion mustard (that I'm allergic to) instead of chipotle mayo.... !

The weekend day store manager there... Jennifer.... a complete BITCH. You can tell she hates her life and is at a dead end job with no real future. She was distasteful from the moment we ordered to the moment we left and was that way to everyone in the line. Ordered a Frontega Chicken Panini, one I get biweekly for years now. She added Dijion mustard to the sandwich instead of the regular chipotle mayo. Being allergic to this, I went up to the counter to inform them that my sandwich was incorrect. I was just hoping that they would remake the sandwich and apologize. Instead she was rude and dismissive. Informed me that Panera doesn't have Dijion mustard and the sandwich was made correct. When I was insistent that the mustard was yellow with a strong distinct odor and the chipotle mayo was orangish....she bought me a sample of the mayo. Which was indeed orangish!!! (Picture below!)However she still refused to acknowledge the error. Saying that to her eyes it looked the same. Further she stated that when cheese melts with the mayo it become yellow... "so it's your eyes." She offered to remake the sandwich but informed me that it would look the exact same. So it "would be a waste and pointless. (I don't think my allergy is pointless! ) I asked her for a refund if that was the case. She didn't refund me the full total, all the while telling me, her near by staff and the people in line that she was "trying to keep the drama down." What Drama? Just asked for a sandwich to be made correct per your menu!!! No drama on my end, no yelling, no screaming, no Karen here. After we left, we walked over to Nordstrom Rack. About 20 minutes in, a woman approached us and informed me "that the girl at Panera is always that rude." Apparently she treats everyone like that and this particular woman experienced it several times. She witnessed my ordeal and felt bad that I too had to experience this "tactless" employee when I just pointed out an allergy and their error. Wow! Her bitchness proceeds her!

Order messed up and service was awful, rude to customers. Drinks were watered down. While sitting in a booth that had an entrance not blocked off an employee walked into the section and looked at me and my lunch friend and continued to block off the only entrance to to get into the section with chairs leaving us blocked in by stools. Had to move stools to exit. Also weird weird looking booger on the bag of a baguette.

A step above fast food, it at least gives the pretense you're eating healthy. Unless you go on line and look at the sodium, fat and calories. Why is everything so good so bad for us? Anyway...this goes to "comfort food" section for me cause I usually eat here when someone is in the hospital or I have to be out early for a Doctor's appointment or something. It's not like the days when I worked 9 to 5 and would stop at least once a week for a souffle. So at least that part is good. Even if I don't collect enough loyalty points anymore to score free danish. It's not good for my hips anyway.

Waitress was nice, and I absolutely appreciated her attention to detail by asking if we wanted to be reminded of what came on this months's special pie.. barbocoa. Which is usually beef, but apparently pork in this place..? I went ahead and tried it, and we did a half and half. She was great about getting out drinks and all the things we needed. The bad? First, they are now charging extra for 3% for an "administrative fee" to "help" keep operations running smoothly. I was really turned off by this grift for more money by passing the buck to the customer in an ugly way. Second, I am not sure how they didnt cut my half of the pizza.. i checked the bottom and the crust to make sure i wasnt just missing it.. but nope, one big half.. crust untouched by cutter. Third... the overall quality was just.. meh. My husbands half was so .. soggy that he had to fold the tip towarsa the crust to have some sort od support... the crust tasted... not anything exceptional.. I would not recommend this place based on this visit, knowing there are some stellar pizza joints in the dayton area

They were excellent. Our main courses were the Perfect Pair and Lobster Mac. Loved the Lobster Mac so much! The Perfect Pair was good, however our only complaint was the mashed potatoes. Just not a fan of the ice cream scoop of potato in the middle. In hindsight, probably would have subbed for a different side. All in all though, great restaurant and can't wait to visit again.

So we just walked in, and the host was kind enough to let us sit at the little bar area near the window. I like their ordering system. You have many options --- go up to the cash register and order there, order from the server who comes by your table (or in our case, bar), or use your phone by scanning the QR code. And if you use your phone, each person in your party can do it themselves on their own phone. Regardless, it all gets added to the same order for the same table. Pretty slick. At the end, when it comes time to pay, the app lets you split the check however you want, and you can even see the name of the person that ordered each item. The food was incredible. It's not cheap, and the portions are a little smaller than some might expect at an Italian restaurant. But for us, it was filling enough. I personally had the raviolo, which was delicious. Little did I know that in Italian, "raviolo" is singular while "ravioli" is plural. So I got one giant raviolo on my plate (see picture). I didn't care much for the runny egg yolk on top, but it was as advertised on the menu. All the other food orders were amazing, especially the desserts. I'd definitely come back once my food budget resets.
