He removed every single leaf & trace of debris that he cleared out, texted me before & after pics and also recommended solar panel cleaning. That first impeccable experience with him sold me on being a regular client. Fast forward to this week. This will be the 5th year that Jonathan has cleaned my gutters & solar panels. Like clockwork, every year he texts me a reminder when it's time for my annual cleaning. I really appreciate being able to rely on him to remind me! I also appreciate that Jonathan remembers important specific details that I only had to tell him the very first time I scheduled with him. He knows that my tenant lives in the back, so he'll start early but only on the front if the house. He always makes sure my tenant can have his normal, quiet morning. They sent us copies of the before and after photos -- and WOW! We honestly didn't believe we had mold/mildew/algae on our roof when our insurance claimed we did, but after these guys were done and we compared their before and after photos we were blown away at how much better our roof looks! Clearly we did have an issue and they took care of it! In addition to fixing the problem, we appreciated how professional their team is. They were courteous and friendly, talked us through what they would be doing ahead of time, moved all potted plants and furniture near the house out of the way (we don't have gutters so they were thoughtful and took that into consideration to ensure our furniture and plants weren't damaged from the run-off of their washing), and had their sign placed out front with orange cones around the truck and equipment for awareness/safety for our neighbors. Afterward they sent us a certificate of completion along with a receipt, before and after photos, and a video of our cleaned roof (we really appreciate all this evidence we now have on had to submit to our insurance company!).
