Their charges were inconsistent, inflated, and shady. During my lease, the AC went out multiple times, and instead of helping, they tried to charge me for using heavy portable units I had to pick up and return myself. This company is unprofessional and unethical. If they've done this to you, know your rights and consider filing a claim with the Texas Attorney General office and hire a lawyer!!! I guess that's below her pay grade? & she shouldn't be bothered with such tasks lol this was Wednesday morning... 3 days later & there's been no update.
