Ordered Beef low maintenance and ate some , put the rest in refrigerator. Next day husband and I warmed the rest up and not only did I get one , got three hairs out. WOW. OFF OUR ROTATION AGAIN.Also they are NOT SANITARY AT ALL. Ceiling fans have never been cleaned. Pretty sure Health Dept. Needs to do another secret inspection asap. read more

Panda III is our local Chinese food spot for the city of Arab. I have tried several different dishes from here. The combination fried rice, combination lo mein, orange chicken, sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and szechuan chicken to name a few. Every meal that I have good has always been served hot and fresh. My family and I take advantage of the call in order service to pick up and eat at home. The restaurant is nothing to write home about on the inside, but it is clean. We will continue to eat here! read more

We were in Arab and thought we'd try something different. Wish we hadn't. No one waits tables, you just order at the counter and they bring your order out in "to go" packaging, even if you are eating in. We had to eat off the paper bag they gave us our order in. Ordered hot and sour soup which was neither. Just bland brown soup. I added salt and pepper and it was a little better. Not hot or spicy at all. We also ordered egg rolls and they were actually pretty good, but again, no plates and we had to eat off the wrappers. Place is in a very old building and it was not very clean and lots of rust. Nasty trash. Everything was dirty and the food was horrible. Worse than the lowest grade Mall Chinese food.

I know this place has had its ups and downs, but give them another try. We had a period where we wouldn't come in this restaurant at all, but we recently gave them another chance. My husband and I get one large Hunan chicken about once every other week. We add egg rolls, and it is plenty to fill us up. The chicken is good and tender, and it tastes great. We had the buffet one Sunday recently. It was ok, but the fresh meals are delicious. Keep in mind, they are still strip mall Chinese food, but give them a chance. read more

I realized that they deleted my Google review. So I'm gonna say my piece here! I will not be silenced from this DISGUSTING issue. I went to this place a couple of years ago, and ordered from the buffet. I got the noodles, halfway through eating it I found not one but two pubes in the food. Pulled something from my mouth that was indeed a black curly pube. When I say I left SO quickly and never EVER returned. Sad thing is, I ate here countless of times! Never had an issue. But I think my piece needs to be heard. Not silenced. The workers (at the time) must not be using sanitary methods or else that wouldn't have happened. I have never in my LIFE, had something so revolting happen to me. I would highly recommend taking your money elsewhere and using it at a place with better reviews and check the restaurant grading level. On a side note, the only thing I can compliment this place for is the pretty and nice Chinese setting with beautiful paintings. But really, that doesn't even help the situation. read more

Ive been eating at Panda 3 for 7 years and it used to be my favorite place but I can hardly stand it now. The hot and sour soup taste and smells like dirty dishwater and i had to doctor it up and make it e dible. I didnt want to write this review because i understand it cant be perfect everytime but the foods getting ridiculous The rice has no flavour and i also had to doctor it up, the protiens are never good the sauce is good but the actual chicken is not tolerable. read more

So you want Chinese food. You say to yourself, "Self, I'm in Arab, AL, and this is probably a bad idea. Let's just get a burger." But your stomach and taste buds don't understand logic. So you see a Chinese place, with a few cars outside of it, and when you walk in, there's a few people eating, and some folks getting take out. It must be ok, then, right? Everything seems fine when you check out. It's cheap, ton of food. Rice looks blah, but whatever, it's rice, right? Everything seems fine until you bite into a piece of what is supposed to be chicken. Then it all goes south. And not in a good way, like you want your fried chicken to be from the South. No, this is like the commercial with the gas station sushi, south. What I thought was chicken sesame was actually oily, deep fried breading a little bigger than a diabetic IHOP customer's thumb. No chicken in half the balls of deep fried breading. Did I mention that the breading wasn't even good? It was flour and maybe a little bit of fairy dust that the locals must enjoy, because I can't tell why the hell the place is still in business. But I digress. Where was I? Oh, the rice. Looks fried, tastes freaky. I don't know what the hell is in it, but it's not good. Would have been better with straight up instant rice out of a bag than this dog food. And the wonton soup? Don't get me started. Let's leave it at this, the only difference between the soup and a bowl of cat piss is the wonton floating in it. Seriously, unless you are starving, do not eat here. Yeah, its cheap. But you get even less than you pay for. Please, next time you're in Arab, just get the burger. You'll thank me later. PS: The fortune cookie was the worst I've ever had. Seriously. It's fairly clean the people who work there r nice and it's affordable there's not ever a lot of people inside so it's nice to eat by myself or with the family alone try it out read more

I've ate here since I was little, but as I get older the food gets worse and worse the chicken is some sort of mystery slimy chunk of substance... Not to mention since Andy left years ago this place has went downhill tremendously. The customer service is terrible and the staff is Rude! Wouldn't recommend. read more

Sesame chicken only thing we got that was edible. Garlic chicken was literally soupy with some kind of sauce, (teriyaki?) that came out of a jug. Hot and Sour Soup was neither. Place used to be decent but change in ownership has wrecked it. A couple kids working tonight who clearly do not want to be there. 2 stars is generous. Last time I said was last time. I was very unsure of my sanity when I decided to try some hot and sour soup after reading the reviews for this place. That being said, I'm one bowl in and so far my taste buds are pretty pleased and my stomach hasn't exploded. I will probably get more soup from here in the future and may even try real food if that continues to go well! The service was good and the price was great. was by far the worst chinese buffet i've ever ate at. the chicken was dry and not gonna lie had a hint of fish taste. the man who was running it seemed to be the only person there and brought a box out and started cutting vegetables on a dining table near me and my fiancé. i'm scared that i need to go to the hospital in fear of food poisoning. 10/10 don't recommend. read more
