New location out on Shepherdsville. I dined I'm on my first trip and the service was very fast and the workers were helpful with menu tips and offered samples to help us make the choice. I went with the orange chicken and chow mein and it was very tasty. The with got a steak and chicken teriyaki combo and she enjoyed it. My oldest daughter who is a fan of spicy foods got the spicy chicken which had another name that can't remember or spell. It had good kick to it. Lobby was nice and spacious and very clean. This location is new for Shepherdsville. I stopped in here for a working lunch. Wasn't very happy they did not have WiFi, and had to use my hot spot. It was quiet enough to work. I was able to order we a bowl meal with an eggroll. The food was fresh, hot, fast, and tasty. I didn't have to wait at all for my food. I was able to work there for a couple hours. This location is not Cincy for jumping off the interstate but a great option for tHis area of town. Glad to have it added to the restaurants here. I will be back. read more

I've waited a while to leave this review. First bad experience was when they opened...kind of expected. I've given them at least 3 more chances. It's no better. Quality of meat is poor and food is always cold. I've tried many other Panda Express locations and they were much better. Tried it again today and only ate the cold rice. $12 meal and had cold rice. read more

I've been wanting to try panda express here in Shepherdsville for a few months now since been built. So I went through drive-through today in a pick me up an orange chicken bowl with fried rice. The price was $6.90 and I was happy to get home and try it. The chicken itself I will say was good a good flavor the problem was it only had like six pieces of chicken in their small it was mostly fried rice for $6.90 I wish there was more he did not get enough food for the price you pay and the fried rice Was very dry and didn't have any flavor so I threw most of the rice away unfortunately. So for the price of the meal I'm going to give This is a two it would have been higher if there were more chicken and the rice wasn't so drive the flavor the chicken was good I'll give it a four out of five for the flavor the chicken but just the price that you pay what I can go to the no-name Chinese place down the road from me and get a lot more food for the price panda express is just too expensive I won't be back read more

I have eaten at Panda Express at other states and it was wonderful. This Panda Express tastes like they don't use the full amount of sauce on their entress or something. Like a watered down version of the Panda Express I loved. I got the honey walnut shrimp... which is bombbbbb in TN and from here it was just meh. It barely had any sauce and this is the 4th time eating at this location. It's just consistently bland food. They need to do better and bring their quality up to par with the other Panda Express locations. read more

I had the pleasure of trying Panda Express in Shepherdsville, Ky when they first opened. The food was hot, fresh, delicious. The restaurant was clean and the workers were friendly. I visit this location about twice a month and slowly, over time, their food has gone down hill. The workers are nice enough and the facility is still clean, but the almost uncooked and under-seasoned greens, cold and soggy shrimp and mostly dark meat chicken (Mushroom chicken) that I have received the last two times leave much to be desired. Panda is not a pricey meal for sure, but for the money I expect warm food at minimum. Sorry Shep, My kids and I will just wait until we venture into Louisville to enjoy. read more

I am really excited to have a Panda Express closer to me. Panda has always been a fairly consistent fast food Chinese restaurant. I wanted to go to this location a couple times before writing a review. They just opened a couple months ago. The staff was super friendly; however the food was only about room temperature both times. The second time I went I also had to wait about 10 minutes for fresh beef and broccoli. They has put my chow mein in a bowl and let it sit out while the beef and broccoli was being prepared so my chow mein was cold. I guess I could have asked for fresh, but the restaurant was particularly busy and I really didn't want to have to stand in line again. I think that with time the restaurant will get better but for now it was just okay. Nothing major to where I will never visit again. The food was still very good, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I would recommend trying Panda express. It is a place I grew up on as the food is always good overall. read more

My husband stopped to get us dinner on the way home from work. We are remodeling our home and often get take-out so we may work on the house after work, Warm up dinner later. Tonight we chose Panda Express, this was a huge mistake. Usually when we get chinse we both have food left over. Not tonight. I have the smallest portion of Kung Pao Chicken I have ever seen. This Shepherdsville location is the worst!!! 0 stars. Cold food. SERVICE is slow. Untrained employees. Management doesn't care. I tried to talk to one manager about a problem. She said she would take care of it then 5 minutes later grabbed her purse and left for lunch. The other manager made me feel like I was being impatient because some of the food I ordered wasn't cooked yet. It had been over 20 minutes!!! It lacked communication, organization. Some of the drink machine was out. So terrible. It's new but that's not an excuse. Worst customer service ever!!!! I was made to feel like their incompetence was my fault. Inexcusable. The food was pretty good but doesn't match for the expensive prices that go along. Some of the menu's on the item are considered 'premium' with an upcharge but less quantity of food. The low mein was honestly not that good. Not sure if it's the brand Panda purchased or the way they're cooked but not a fan of it. The low mein seemed hard in some sections of the noodles and hard in other parts. The beef was really well flavored as well as the 'premium' shrimp. read more

This store recently opened (late 2019). My drive-thur order was missing an item, but I didn't go back to get it. The food was what you would expect from the franchise.
