Food was fine as always however, I was very upset with the fact that it took over 30 mins to get my order. I understand that it can busy however, I ordered my food around 8:30pm and I got a text saying that my order was ready at 8:53pm but it was 9:09pm when I finally got my food. Great Chinese food, but they never get the order right. You ask for 1/2 noodles 1/2 rice and you only get rice, you ask for 2 or 3 egg rolls and you get one. Perhaps they need to upgrade their speaker system or they are too in a hurry and fail to prepare the order correctly. read more

I normally do drive-thru at PE, and I've never had an issue. They serve quickly, and I haven't had issues with receiving my orders. I also have eaten inside the restaurant, and it's always clean, the ambiance is nice. The food is also great, better than most in Laredo area. The employees are always respectful and patient with customers from what I've experienced. read more

not bad. I have only purchased a bowl of kung pao chicken but it was good for the price. Not cheap but not expensive. My only grip with it was that it was not spicy enough, the peppers in it were 2 pieces and they were burnt. I didn't eat on site and ordered my food to go so I cant comment on the place or it's bathrooms or etc. I will definitely go again with the wifey so she can experience it. read more

First time I ate Panda Express the food was really delicious. The orange chicken is well cooked, and it is surprisingly crispy. The orange sauce has 100% natural orange extract which I really enjoy. The service is really good. The employee's overall tend their customers well. In the end, having finishing my food I exit the restaurant with a huge smile on my face. read more

Ok so my review of this Panda Express has changed, my husband just went and got a two entree meal and a free entree that's listed on the back of the receipt with purchase of a two entree meal. The two entree meal which he paid in full for, he got the shrimp and shanghai beef, the shrimp they only gave 4 pieces, and for the beef, 4 pieces as well. Of course they gave a large amount of the white rice. Just a bit annoyed they have such small portions, never had that problem before. We usually go to one in Chicago and never have the issue and we always do take out. Another thing they didn't want to give my husband his receipt for the purchase of his meal, which I'm thinking they just don't want him returning in a few days or so to get another freebie with his meal. The same rude lady works here too which is another nuisance. All in all, we most likely will not return to this particular location. read more

Second, if you order chicken fried rice don't expect to find chicken it because they only have fried rice and don't bother to tell you that chicken fried rice is not on the menu.
