window service is awful! I have been at least 4 times in 2 months and Nakisha G is always so rude. Very rushed when taking my order, and when I pull up to the window she ALWAYS asks if i had an item that i didn't order. maybe don't rush when taking my order and you'd have it all down? Last time i came here, she got one of my entrees wrong and so i pulled back around and explained that the order was incorrect to her over the speaker. She proceeded to argue with me for a solid 2 minutes i would say, so i pulled around and showed her the receipt. She said "oh.." then handed me what i was missing. No "sorry", or "my bad", she just slammed the window closed. I am definitely not one to bash someone on Yelp, but I have given this employee so many chances and she has yet to prove good service. I've gotten more veggies than chicken both times I ordered, which feels wrong for the price I pay. Last time on drive through, they didn't have 2 entrees I wanted - I should have just left. Let me start by saying I LOVE Panda Express's Original Orange Chicken ...WHEN IT'S GOOD! But...WHY is it so hard to get consistently good Orange Chicken from this location??? What makes a good Orange Chicken? The Glaze/sauce. Yesterday I ordered it and there was barely any sauce at all, let alone sauce that was a nice thick and gooey glaze. Without the sauce there was very little flavor to the entree, and was a complete disappointment!!! If the recipe is the same no matter who is the cook, the result should be the same each and every time! I blame this on ... #1 the employee doing the cooking. Would you serve your grandmother a less than tasty dish? You should be striving for the best results each and every time! #2 the managers. It is your job to set the standards for the food that is served. Being slow, being busy, should not have an effect on the quality standard! I should be able to come to your restaurant any day of the week , at any time of day, and have the same great taste in Orange Chicken or whatever I order. I ordered it through uber eats, uber was great the food was terrible!!!! My fiance and i got the same thing. This was our first time having it. We got teriyaki chicken, chow mein, fried rice and broccoli and beef. Everything was barely warm. The chow mein was pretty much under cooked. The broccoli was almost raw. The beef the three pieces i got was soo sweet. The fries rice wasnt too bad. The chicken i found a bone in it. Not sure if this is how Panda Express is but it was beyond HORRIBLE. read more

I got there three minutes later, and they still hadn't even started my order, they seemed understaffed, which is not in their control, but it took them almost 5 minutes to acknowledge me standing at the online pick up counter. I sat and waited for over 10 minutes for the food. When I could've just ordered it in person at that point the guy who had my order didn't call my name just made a weird weird face as if you were asking if it were me... We love Chinese food and although this is more of a fast food spot, it definitely helps satiate the craving we get for asian cuisine. There's plenty of options to choose from. This location has a drive thru. OMG!! First ever Chinese food drive thru seen in my 50 years of living on this planet. Customer service at this location is the BEST ever. I have small children and the server (with dark hair and make up)was soooo patient. Just wanted to say Thank You. Food is very delicious. The honey walnut shrimp upgrade is a must. Wok fried shrimp upgrade is not needed, it's on the salty side. And the Sichuan hot chicken is basically hot crispy chicken strips 10 on crispy ness and 7 on taste. Okay genuinely this was the most insane food experience I've ever had- and that's keeping in mind that this is the Orlando area and all food experiences around here are terrible. We got to the restaurant at 9 pm, knowing it closed at 10. No problem right? Who needs more than 15 mins for fast food? The place was not busy at all so this should have been no big deal. Nope- absolutely incorrect. There were maybe 5 cars in line total and 5 people in line inside. There were at least 5 people on staff inside as well. When we had been in line for ten minutes and had not moved once, one of us decided to go inside and wait in case it was faster. No. After 25 mins they came back out to the car, and we had not moved either. The one that went in said "they have plenty of food ready- every food bin at the counter is full." We finally got up to the drive through to order at 9:50 pm, mainly just to see this through because it had already been so insane. She let us wait 4 mins and then asked for our order but first told us they were out of basically everything- which I understand since they were closing in 6 minutes, but I would have been MUCH more understanding if it had not taken them FIFTY MINUTES to even get to the point where I could even ask what they had. We started cracking up at the absolute insanity of this experience, ended up not getting any food at all because they had nothing to offer and were unwilling to make more for those of us that had waited nearly an hour just to order - and we left. I have never in my life written a review for a business but this was absolutely ridiculous. I pulled up to the drive through with two cars ahead of me, one ordering and one waiting. The worker on the headset, Amani, was having an incredibly long personal conversation with the customer at the drive through. It went on for a couple of minutes and then finally, the car drove up to the window. I order and everything then go up to the window. I sat at the window for a full minute while I WATCHED Amani have an entire conversation with I do not even know who, I'm guessing the workers. But it was entirely clear through body language, expressions, and the fact that her headset light indicated that there was no one at the drive through, that this was another personal conversation. So, I sat. Finally after a minute, Amani opened the window and without saying a SINGLE WORD to me, she just held out her hand for my card, WHILE CONTINUING THIS PERSONAL CONVERSATION. She gave me my card back, handed me my food and my drink and closed the window indicating that the transaction was over ALL WITHOUT SAYING A WORD TO ME. No "hello," no "goodbye," nothing. I don't even think she made eye contact with me. By far the rudest interaction I have EVER had at a food place. Not to mention she wasn't wearing a mask when I'm almost certain that this location requires their staff to do so. Please teach your staff some lessons on customer service. I got home, which is 13 miles away only to find the 3 bowls I ordered were nothing but rice with 4 or 5 tiny pieces of chicken. The entrée did not even come close to covering the rice! When I got home, 30 minutes later, it wasn't even close to the food I had ordered. Rice instead of chow mein, shrimp that I'm allergic to and spicy chicken. I did not deserve to be treated the way I was for coming to spend money at a business. I'm only scathing now because of how I was treated after being cordial to the employee I dealt with. If it wasn't busy inside I would have gone in and asked to see a lead counter help or a manager. I ordered at 8:14pm and got my food at 8:33... when I got to the drive thru there was no one ahead of me. As the first person in what had become a line at the drive thru, I waited half an hour. Unacceptable. This was absurd and poor treatment of the customer. This location doesn't deserve anyone's money. Go to any one of the other 15 fast food locations within a mile of this place, or any of the 3 Chinese places within two miles. They told me it's going to be a 7 minute wait for the noodles which was fine I wasn't in a rush but I waited for about 20 minutes before they came out and told me they lost my ticket and didn't know what I ordered. He went back inside after I showed him my receipt and 5 mins later he came out with the food. I checked before I left just to make sure the food was correct and to my surprise the food was wrong. This was my first visit to a Panda Express and it left me a bit disappointed. I'm a big chicken eater so I like good quality white meat chicken. I didn't find that in the entrees I ordered. This place kind of reminds me of a Chipotle but for Chinese food. I placed my order with the woman at the end of the line and she radio'd it to someone else. But that was kind of pointless because someone else took over and asked me what I wanted again. I picked the two entree combo with a side of chow mein. For my entrees I selected the orange chicken and the grilled teriyaki chicken. The orange chicken didn't have a ton of flavor and it didn't appear to be white meat. It also had a weird flavor and texture, as if something was a bit off with it. If you want good orange chicken, cough up $100+ to buy a ticket and go to China in Epcot. The grilled teriyaki chicken had a good flavor with the sauce they drizzled on but again, not white meat. Maybe they should offer both a white and dark version for people who prefer one or the other. Their prices aren't unreasonable but they bill themselves as "America's favorite Chinese" or some such nonsense. Please. I've had much better Chinese down the street from my house, at several different places. I would not return here unless I was desperate. read more
