We went in at 3:33 pm on a Monday they had no business and 4 or 5 people standing around and made us wait. We left. Rude people.

The chicken was very old and mushy. The noodle are very hard. Very disappointing in the service from the crew also.

I had this image in my head and told myself "man I can't wait to get some panda express." Haven't had it since I lived in SoCal. Behind the window, the food looked dry. I ordered the walnut shrimp and orange chicken with chow mein. The walnut shrimp was a waste of money, breading was falling apart. I wish I took my $10 spent at panda and just made it at home. The chow mein, dry. Noodles looked a bit stiff. Never going back here again. read more

Ridiculous I was the only person in line when I came in I was waiting on fried rice that was almost done and instead of waiting to make the 4 people behind me food they made theirs before my order so then I had to wait on orange chicken instead of them waiting. This particular location of Panda Express isn't very good, sadly. I think I keep going back because I hope ad the location has been opened longer the service and food will improve. But most of the time I am wrong. Most every time the rice is overcooked so it's very hard and not good. Last night I tried something new. I got the pepper chicken. When I poured the container out on a plate at home it had four pieces of chicken in the container the rest was all veggies. It should have been pepper veggies. It was coated is corse pepper to the point it was inedible and the veggies were tough. The girl who was working the drive thru was polite but clearly wasn't all there. She took my money. Gave me my change and receipt then returned to the window and asked me what I had ordered...... don't they have a computer system telling them what I ordered? I could have told her I ordered several meals and got away with it. I didn't but I could have. Apparently not all there. And something a little disturbing is she had some sort of a skin condition or was a meth addict and was picking. Because her arms and hands were covered in red bumps or sores. My husband and I made an online order and went and picked up our food. Made it home and my husband's plate was missing food. He called them to tell them and they basically didn't care, didn't apologize, didn't try to fix the problem. They just said oh well you can come back up here and get the food. Drove all the way across town to get to the drive thru at 9:26pm. They don't close till 10pm. The woman starts with "let me tell you what we have left". Of course they were out of the mushroom chicken and she told me they wouldn't make anymore. If your open, you should be able to provide everything on your menu. Even if your 30 minutes from closing you should cook the stuff up if it is requested. They didn't receive my business or my money. read more

I ordered a medium fried rice for delivery through uber eats. the lady brought me my food and when i opened it they sent me noodles instead of fried rice. i called them to tell them that they sent me the wrong order and they told me that i could come pick up the right order but i ordered it because i am unable to drive. i feel that i shouldn't have to drive to go get something that they messed up. normally they are really good i am just supper disappointed and dissatisfied that i didn't get my rice. read more

Went there at 12:15 on Saturday. They had no vegetables prepared and from the looks of the serving pan, had not prepared any all day. Many people these days do not care to consume 800 calories of rice with their meal so this is ridiculous. They told me I could wait 30 minutes. They were also out of Kung Pao after they packed my eat in order in a tiny box. They told my son it would be 10 minutes before they had more. We walked out Obviously this place is poorly managed. Food here is good. I love that you can order ahead and just pick it up. It would be even better if they delivered. I ordered the bigger plate. I got the Pepper Chicken. I love the flavor, however there is a lot of celery in it. In my opinion, it is to much. Seems like they tried to have less chicken with more veggies. Other than that, I have eaten here a few times and love it. It is fast and the food has been good. Will be eating here again. read more

I live in Abilene and visited a Panda Express on a recent road trip in San Antonio. I loved the restaurants food and selection in San Antonio so I've been trying for 2 days to eat at the one in Abilene. First attempt: it was kinda late 9:45 pm on a Saturday, so I called ahead to see if they were open, the worker told me the dining room was open till 10 and the drive through till 10:30 so I made the 9 minute trip there knowing at least the drive through would be open. This was not the case however, I arrived at 9:55, the whole place shoulda still been open (I know because I had called 9 minutes ago) but even the drive through was closed. Second attempt: I called the next morning to see when they opened and was told 11:00 am, so I made the trip again arriving at 11:20 and got in the drive through where I was told they were running late and wouldn't open till 12. I called ahead both times to make sure I didn't go there for nothin, both times I was assured they would be open, both times they were not open. I am glad I didn't have the chance to eat there now, with this kind of incompetent workers the food would have to be a disappointment. It's not like I had a long complicated order they messed up, it's not like I asked for more than the regular customer, this place can't even figure out how to be open at the times they have written on the front door, not only that but they couldn't let me know when I phoned ahead both times! Dear Panda Express, you've lost an otherwise impressed customer forever, and every person I come in contact with I will try to steer clear of your establishment for fear of them experiencing the same astonishment at your lack of customer service and professionalism that I did. Today I was blown away by they friendly and helpful service at this Panda Express. I came in on a holiday with my large family - they were kind and generous to a dad who was trying to get the most out of the menu. We ate fresh veggies and tenderly cooked meat- the ordinary Panda Express fare. I asked for Shanghai Steak and had to a wait a bit since the guy was still making it, which I was fine with, but they even gave me a free drink for just those few minutes of my time! The meat items are fine, the location is great and the interior is neat and clean, which all make one wonder why they didn't work just a little harder to make it a good place. The so called fried rice is consistently undercooked, using rice that is tasteless and hard to chew. The noodles are worse. Vegetables are like salad items heading towards Chinese stirfry but changed their minds on the way there. Undercooked and bland. A slight change would work wonders. For instance, use real Asian (such as Thai) rice. Cook it before frying it. Fully cook (steam, stirfry, whatever) the vegetables. None of these take any special expertise or much investment. Use a rice cooker to cook the rice well. Other people have been complaining about the same things. Why not make such obvious and easy changes? read more

Used to frequent this restaurant quite often. Found it a quality place to eat. Was on that side of town this week and decided to visit. Found the place had gone downhill considerably. First walking through the glass door it was quite dirty. Usually a dead give away as to what you are going to find inside. After choosing a meal went to fill my beverage cup. Tea container was quite dirty. Spilled sticky tea had run down the sides of the container. Hand prints on the eating utensil container. Then I opened my food. Chose the mushroom chicken. The chicken was so grissely and fatty skin attached I could not eat it. Will not be returning. read more
