First thing to note, yes this is a warehouse, and based on my brief glimpse around it does seem as though they do all of the baking here. They provide hotels, restaurants, caterers etc with baked items, so you can rest assured that the pricing here is going to be good (they are really baking on the large scale) and that they know what they are doing. Since the website wasn't listed on Yelp when I started my adventure (I added it now) I walked in and winged it. I wasn't sure if I could invent the cake of my dreams (or rather Jessica's dreams) or what, but a helpful staff member showed me the website and some of my options. There's quite A LOT of options and I was a bit overwhelmed in the moment but I narrowed it down to 2 options that I felt would please Jessica and keep the rest of the birthday eaters happy. ~$25 for a 10" gourmet cake felt like a great price to me! And back to walking in, this place is not exactly the bakery you've pictured lol. So yes, on my way to work I could easily pick up an order of bagels or danishes or muffins for the office! My office of carb-lovers will soon be rejoicing!
