In my first review I raved about this salon because of the quality of our cuts and then we had a not so good experience but knowing the owner cares and guarantees to prevent this from happening to anyone else and apologized and gave us our money back and offered to fix it means that she does truly care about her clients. My daughter 12 yrs old and her daddy went and had her cut there and my daughter came home crying because the woman who cut her hair absolutely butchered her hair. It was awful. I immediately reached out to the owner and said hey my daughter's hair looks terrible can we work to fix this, the owner never responded. I emailed and texted her. I know people will say your daughter should have said something while there well she is 12 and she didn't want to hurt the ladies feelings and didn't want her to get mad. I've reached out to the owner multiple times with no response. I ended up taking my daughter literally the next day to a different shop and we all stood in shock at the butchered cut The mane brand hair did on my daughter's hair. I kept my hair short and didn't need a stylist of her caliber until recently when Wifey asked me to grow my hair out. So, I did but I didn't know what to do with it and it grew in unexpectedly curly! Jenn may have other specialties, but I've always known her to have magical talents with curly hair. Wifey made an appointment for me and I'll be a loyal patron from now on based on that experience. I got a style, an education about curly hair, entertainment, an affordable fancy schmancy product (turns out my all-in-one body wash, breakfast beverage, shampoo, and earlobe lube wouldn't work anymore), and a bit of confidence about how to handle my new luscious locks.
