It seems that she bends over backwards following up to all my questions (and I have many). I am a very high maintenance traveler requiring certain things for cruises and recently demanding the very best on my trip to Italy. She goes above and beyond always, calling me in the evening when most travel agencies are closed. Yes, she takes care of the fine details even when she should be off the clock. While I was in Italy, I realized how many details she took care of from the five different hotels I stayed at to all the dinner reservations and tours. Before the trip, she treated me to coffee at Starbucks while she handed over all my travel docs and explained everything I needed to know. Over an hour she spent with me on a Saturday morning just to provide the kind of service that you don't find with many travel agencies. I'm going back to Amy this summer for Alaska and Australia in the fall. There is no one else I would trust my travel planning to. I hound her a lot and call her maybe too much with ideas and questions, but she never loses patience with me, always giving me the utmost quality service. FYI...Can I Go Travel does not specialize in Gay travel. Indeed, on how they managed well of their website, their service on-ground and online exceeded! The tours and guides speaks and understands English well, they were able to give great recommendations and educations to us about pertinent history needed. 2. The hotels were absolutely a great choice, even though we stayed at a budget hotel, it felt like it was not one. 3. Working with Selene as a travel advisor is a truly a wonderful personal experience, even though I didn't met her personally, it felt like she cared so much and that she response as soon as she could with great recommendations and timely information dissemination. Soon, when we get back I/we would personally look for Selene to be our Advisor. 4. I/we would definitely recommend Peru For Less! With a rating of 100/10! Everything was so smooth and coordinated. It really felt like a vacation for us. We didn't have to worry about anything as long as you follow their instructions. I'd done a cruise before, but had never worked with a tour company---have always been an independent traveler abroad. But for this trip, since we were traveling with a kid to a place we'd never been and had limited knowledge of---and were traveling with another family too---it seemed like a good option. Silvia was lovely to work with, as was the rest of the PfL staff as we organized our trip. The trip had a lot of moving parts, and we had a lot of questions and edits and ideas, and everything came together beautifully. The trip itself (once we got there!---the airlines were problematic but that's not at all PfL's fault!) was absolutely seamless---I mean it. At the appointed times, we'd walk to our hotel lobbies and the tour vans were always either waiting or arriving a moment later, right on time. We never once had to wait or worry. Our private tour guides were outstanding---knowledgeable, friendly (I mean, to the point of buying us local snacks!), charming with our kids, and spoke English better than most Americans do. Special shout-outs to Fabricio (in the Sacred Valley and again in Cusco), Peter (at Machu Picchu) and David (for the food tour in Lima). (Also our guide to the water-light show in Lima, but I'm afraid I've lost his name.) Hiroshi at Inkaterra was also great. Airport transfers were a breeze, hotel check-ins were simple... After a Zoom call with her, Kimberly got to work planning a week of winery tours, historic hotel stays, and must-not-miss tourist attractions. I admit: I am not a person who uses travel agents on a regular basis, but when I learned that she lives in the area, I trusted her to plan our trip. We stayed in contact for months, going back & forth on email & text about preferences in the recommended numerous stops along the way, and when all was said & done, we had the trip of a lifetime planned. In the end, our stay in the Hill Country exceeded even the highest of expectations. A couple things to note, that were very much appreciated: 1) The personalization she put into the planning process. Kimberly asked our musical tastes, our food preferences, hotel preferences, etc. We stayed in boutique hotels, mostly, and Kimberly was very helpful in picking locations she felt we would like; she nailed it. 2) Her local knowledge. Kimberly hooked us up with a driver for a day of vineyard / winery tours - someone she has used before. Michael was an outstanding guide for us, and provided some of his own local-knowledge about good places to go and things to see that we otherwise may not have known about. He even stated that Kimberly had contacted him the morning of our tours to make sure everything was lined-up. How's that for service? If you are considering using an agent to plan a personalized trip, I highly recommend Kimberly at Travel Two Luxury. I am certainly going to recommend her to friends. She also is incredibly detail-orientated and is always thinking ahead to ensure that our travels go as smoothly as possible. We recently had a substantial delay when flying into Budapest, arriving at 3AM and were so pleasantly surprised when landing to see that Carly had been monitoring our flights, realized that the plane was coming in so late and arranged private travel to the hotel. So clean, excellent customer service, delicious food- especially for an all-inclusive, premium drinks, and Suzi booked us as Preferred members, so we received VIP conceirge service. Originally we were planning to go to Acapulco, but Suzi helped us understand we would have to stay overnight in Miami first, then fly to Acapulco...which would've been a pain and much more expensive. Suzi knew that we could get the experience we were looking for much closer to home, and get a lot more for our money at Secrets Maroma in Cancun. Thank you Suzi!! You were so right and a lifesaver.
