I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this business was so unnecessarily rude I just had to yelp it. Pam's services came highly recommended from a friend. So I decided to call and make an appointment for a numerology reading. I've never had numerology done, and was excited to have received a referral for a legit reader. When I called, I was connected to her voice mail where she mentioned that she would return my call within one business day. I received a text two days later asking "how long of reading I wanted with Pam". I replied asking what she would suggest. She said 45 minutes, and then asked for my credit card number (over text), to secure the appointment. This was really bizarre because I don't think it's normal business practice to expect people to text their credit card info to an unfamiliar number! So I responded that I was uncomfortable with that, and that I would call her with the info. When I called, the assistant who answered the phone seemed annoyed at having to talk with me. But she took my cc info, and then indicated that I had an appointment at 3:45pm. When I hung up the phone I realized that i needed to know the type of information (birthdays, dates, times) I needed in order to get a good numerology reading. So I called back almost immediately, and the assistant would not pick up the phone even though I had JUST talked with her. I decided that maybe I should just text her instead. I asked her what times/dates I needed via text, and she texted back immediately "perhaps birthdays". I was not satisfied with a "perhaps" answer since j was going to be paying over $100 for a 45 minute reading. So I asked her to have Pam call me so I could ask her what info I needed for a first time numerology reading. The assistants response was: "Pam does not have time for that". (See picture below) I was really disappointed! I've heard great things about Pam, but was appalled by the customer service! I thought surely, Pam does not know how rude her assistant is. So I decided to write her a letter with pictures of the super rude text correspondence included, and hope that she resolved the situation before my appointment. Wrong-- Two months later I received a text that stated: Confirming your 3pm appointment. When I told her that my appointment was originally schedule at 3:45, she replied, "no 3pm". At that point I sent her a picture of her text that said 3:45. Her response was: "Ok mistakes happen", and kept the appt at 3pm and then she gave me the address. At this point I requested to cancel. In her reply, she basically said that it was fine because there were other clients who would take my place, and then referred to her scheduling flaw as a "slight confusion". I seriously was not asking for too much. I just wanted to know what info I needed to bring her. It would've been no more than a 5 minute conversation. The complete resistance I encountered with the assistant was bizarre and made me feel uneasy about working with Pam. According to Pam's assistant, Pam doesn't have time for her clients or client concerns. What a shame. read more

I am shocked that they're not more great reviews for Pam she is amazing I've had a Tarot card reading with her several times and the things that she tells me our spot on and I love that she told you about your past lives and your children's past lives and what kind of personality they are but along with that she told me that I should go visit someone and then it was kind of important and that I needed to do it before August and it turned out that it was very important that we go see that person because that person passed away. Everything is always positive you come out of the reading feeling focused and she would never tell you something bad like she didn't tell us that that person was going to pass away but it was so helpful and so many ways because we were able to visit him before he passed. Pam is the REAL DEAL!!! Myself, Mom and friends have been doing phone call sessions (we live out of state) with her 1-2x a year for about 4 years now. Yes, as one recent negative review states :: whomever is in charge of Pam's scheduling isn't the most prompt, polite, and pillar of customer service. I can only assure you that Pam is not that way, and she's worth it! Pam is amazingly kind and every time I hear her voice it warms my heart instantly, almost like speaking to one of my grandmothers. Yes, the occasional incompetency of whom ever handles her scheduling can turn some people off from even pursuing the experience. Your choice. I confess, it frustrates me several times, however Pam is worth it. And it's worth the practice in patience. I just make sure I triple confirm all the details every time I make an appointment (via text) and know that I need to plan well in advance (usually booked 3 months out for phone calls). And yes, I've had to text my credit card number before. No I wasn't thrilled about it, but I trust Pam and the universe to make sure my information is handled properly. And again :: PAM IS THE REAL DEAL, AN ABSOLUTE TREASURE & WORTH IT! What it boils down to, if you're too impatient or worried to jump through & trust the booking hoops, it's really your loss. And now I'm thinking I shouldn't even post this since it already takes three months to get an appointment. LOL read more

Like many people Pam came highly recommended to me and this is what I've concluded after spending a few hundred dollars with this woman: Not the real deal and a serious waste of your time and money . Don't mistake the fact that you have to wait 3 months to get an appointment and that it's so costly for it being authentic. It's a rip off and it's just all crap . I've gone a few times and each time have been given a bunch of useless drivel about how I was a spiritual nomad excommunicated from the church and my children were royalty in past lives and my husband is "from the future ". Basically Pam has written down a series of archetypes (royalty, spiritual nomad , saint, etc) and assigned them to birth dates etc . Most of the time she is very quickly talking about your past life with interjections of profanities and it absolutely makes no sense . You will feed her some info about your life just so perhaps you can get some relevancy to this current life and it still won't be cohesive in any way or make sense . Anything that she's said in her readings hasn't been true. Also the person who does her booking ( daughter or daughter in law) by text is totally rude (a total b*) and makes it seem like she's doing you a favor . My last time I went to her - after paying $150- I remembered a question I wanted to ask and wanted to see if I could ask Pam... was told I had to book another appointment and pay . These people are just money hungry no talent or abilities . None of the readings have made any sense . I'm not going to be dumb and give my money to this fraud . After going to her a few times I can say she has no psychic ability or talent . If you want to hear about how you were persecuted or kept in a cage in your past lives and other useless fake drivel go give this woman $150 while her and her assistant laugh at all the dumb naive people making them rich. Beware! Pam's website "Does Not" state that you will lose your hard earned $$ if you cannot make your phone appointment! It only states that your card will not be charged if you cancel prior to 24 hours of your scheduled time... So, I'm out a days pay for simple nothing! I agree with the 1-Star writers... I engaged Pam from the other side of the country for a phone reading and found her to be accurate, intuitive and warmly empathetic.
