After the initial appointment, the next scheduled cleaning was rescheduled twice by the owner on the same day of the appointments due to illness. I was very understanding and flexible each time. On one occasion, I had to reschedule because my car battery unexpectedly died and I was stranded -- I communicated this immediately. When we were finally able to reschedule (over 30 days later), I was informed that I would need to pay the initial service fee again. I respectfully reminded her that the previous delays were largely due to her same-day cancellations, and it did not feel fair for that charge to fall on me. Following that pricing discussion, she canceled the appointment entirely via text and said she did not want to continue services. While she was kind in communication, the overall experience felt unreliable and unprofessional. I'm sharing this so others are aware that last-minute rescheduling and unexpected additional charges may occur. I'm relieved I only paid the initial service fee once, but unfortunately I would not consider this a dependable service.
