The staff nice and friendly . The place was Recommend by my daughter and it started out good but once the color was applied to my nail I know it was not the right color it was a-little difficult to tell him that this was not the right color I picked out . So to end this I was not happy and tried to explain it to the cashier what happen . It took few minutes but lady finally realized it was wrong and fixed the problem .. wish I took a before picture :( but the after look was beautiful read more

They rush through the manicure and pedicure. I could have had a child do just as good. They used to do a good job but it seems to be the prices went up and the quality took a nose dive. read more

New to the area and needed to get my S&S removed. They were busy when I arrived. I Was told a 30 minute wait. An hour and a half later I finally got moved from one seat to wait an additional 30 minutes in another seat. Lady comes to soak my nails and tells me she will return in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later and my fingers burning she finally came back to remove the S&S. I asked for oil and clear coat. Once she cleaned up my nails and oiled them she told me to go wash my hands. When I return she was working on another lady. I decided my time was worth something and they just really didn't care about doing business with me, so I opted to check out with what little service I did receive. If you want a reasonable wait time and individual attention, I do not recommend this place. read more

went here to get my nails done for vacation and requested to keep the length and shape. homeboy filled one nail down to the skin and wasn't the length I came in with. I told him I didnt like it and said that i had told him i wanted same length and shape. he said i would have to pay extra for him to take off the nail he messed up. the pictures are the length i came in with and then the length he filled it to. read more

I am extremely upset with this place. I waited forever to get acrylics put on. I got the dip. They kept moving me to different stations before someone finally came over and did my nails. I told him I didn't want them very long, but they were really long, so I told him to make them shorter. They were still pretty long after that and very thin compared to what I've seen at other places. What really upsets me is that I paid 53 dollars, 60 after tip, which is way more than I've paid anywhere else, and my nails started coming off within 3 days. I had two nails come off and one break. I went back in and asked them to fix them. They did. He told me he would do it for free this time but next time he would charge. Well the very next day after getting them fixed two more came off and then a third just today. I will absolutely never waste my money at this place again for these very thin and overpriced nails that wouldn't even stay on for a full week. Usually when I've gotten my nails done at other places they've lasted at least 2-2/12 weeks. I really wish I could get my money back so I could take it somewhere else. I'm not going to even bother going back to have them fixed again because I'm assuming they'll charge me, and there's no point when they're just going to keep falling off. Very very disappointed and angry that I wasted my money. I would highly recommend avoiding this place and going to any other nail salon. read more

When we walked in, we picked out our colors and I decided to get gel nails. When I was seated, my grandmother was still deciding on her color and one of the ladies came over and told her that you have to pay extra if it is your first time getting gel nails. I don't find this reasonable because at my nail salon in Dallas, I have never been charged extra because it was my first time. It has always been the same price. It wasn't extremely busy like they made it out to be over the phone. The manicure felt rushed and the people around us were able to get fancy nails.
