She's completely potty and crate trained, follows commands effortlessly, and doesn't jump or vocalize unnecessarily. I received daily pictures and a video of his training. He was responsive when I texted for updates. After three weeks, I picked him up. Brent showed me how to work with him. Before her first stay, they gave us a tour of the property and had Lucy complete a daycare trial, which gave me so much confidence. One of my favorite moments has been running into some of the staff on our walks. Lucy gets so excited and runs right up to them, which says everything about how well she's cared for there. There was no additional tactics and it got weird. ChatGBT was more effective and we found a new trainer more experienced with puppies. The new owner gave us a full refund at her own expense. It's worth exploring more with her, she may have a smarter approach.
