The library is very clean and organized and you can pretty much find whatever your looking for. They have computers with internet access which is always a plus. If you don't have a card for this area you can access the computer for 15 mins for free or 1 hour for $1, which isn't bad at all. They have printing available for .10/page or .15 for double sided which isn't bad at all. They will take care of you here. This defintely isn't the biggest library I've ever been to, it's actually pretty small but you usually can accomplish what you need to here. Defintely check them out if you're ever in the area.

Julie, the lady that told me said she was in charge and I had to leave. I asked why others can but I can't, and she refused to answer the question. I had everything in my headphones, so nothing could be heard by anyone there. She was nothing but rude and when asked who her boss was she wouldn't tell me. I had to call into the library and ask someone else to find out. She gave me a dirty look as I was walking out. Definitely don't feel welcome here as a Chicago ridge resident.

Every time I go to the registration center, I can overhear her angrily yelling or talking to students with a harsh attitude. The other day I was registering for a class and next to me she was 'helping' a student register for a class who was being completely polite, and clearly struggled with his English. For absolutely no reason she just starts yelling at him and talking to him in a way that I found absolutely disgusting. This young man came out of his way to come inside this school to seek your help THAT YOU GET PAID TO DO and she was speaking to him as if he knocked on her door at 3AM asking for help. I was so upset for him and I really wanted to give her a piece of my mind. I understand some people have to work but there is no excuse for you to go about your life every single day treating people so rudely, she needs to find a job that doesn't involve communication because clearly she doesn't know how to speak to others. I am truly going to report her to the administration the next time I am at the building.

She was reprehending my 1yr old for moving the chairs. My children were not loud, we not making a mess. They did not close for another 45mins. I was on my cell but was rudely told its not allowed. Ok i put the phone to the side &I starting packing up my kids & my diaper bag to leave. Told my son to pick something up that fell outta my bag.Another rude comment not needed. She helped me solve all of the issues and misinformation I was previously given and I was squared away and ready to go within a few hours. She even printed some documents for free for my troubles. Please hire more people like her. Everyone that comes to the courthouse has varying reasons for being there but all should be treated with decency and respect. A little kindness goes a long way.

This is a beautiful campus and an excellent good school, and yet I hear about a new problem every…read moreday from my son who started attending there. He was given an advisor who was on sabbatical. Their IT needs a complete overhaul. IT had to register him for classes because neither he nor his advisor could get into the system at the time. They signed him up for 2 classes at the same time. He has had frequent issues on campus with their wifi connection. He has documented proof that a paper has been submitted, through their own system but the professor doesn't receive it. They send campus emails to personal email addresses even though they inform students all emails will be sent through their campus email which in his case also happened to be his preferred email. The bookstore is listed as being open on Fridays but when he goes there to buy a book that he needs for a class he finds it closed because the staff is attending chapel.

Inside it is very large, clean, well lit, has loads of private mailboxes, many table tops to put your parcels together, and has everything you need to post your stuff. Outside has loads of parking and they are at a busy corner so it is easy to get to on 111th and Harlem. Absolutely never had a problem with the workers here. Like this place, give it a try.
