Adam did an awesome job welding some bars around my 2 catalytic converters in about an hour. He was so helpful, offered to help me etch my vin # and offer to paint the bars he welded under my car. It was just what was needed. And if I need to service the catalytic converter later in the future, they said they would take it off at no charge! These guys and this shop are great; they are friendly, professional, helpful and experts at what they do. I highly recommend them for any welding job you have, they really do quality work at good prices and work quickly.

Waited about 15 minutes before "Carlos" took my receipt to retrieve my metal. I was standing there before several other customers arrived with their receipts. They handed their receipts to other dudes, but not to Carlos Well, those dudes all came and went with their purchases while I still waited. I asked Carlos how long it would take, he said he had to get the metal from the back area because they didn't have any up front. He then proceeded to cut metal (not mine) on the saw there. After waiting 45 minutes and still no metal, I asked Carlos for my receipt back and went back inside for refund. A manager asked what the issue was, he checked the product and time on the receipt and then said he'd handle it. He went out to the yard, said some stuff on his radio and within 5 minutes, he came back with my metal and apologized for the wait and poor service from Carlos. Time is money and Carlos could care less. Anyhow, quite annoying but glad I found the manager and he solved the issue.

After speaking with management, I was reassigned to a Production Coordinator role. About two weeks later, I was terminated again. I was accused of attempting to download company information, which I did not do. My responsibilities mainly involved receiving materials and routing them to the correct departments. In my experience, management was very unsupportive and communication was poor. I felt that decisions were made unfairly and without giving me a proper opportunity to address concerns. That said, Josh was the exception. He was supportive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my time there. He was the only manager who made me feel supported and valued as an employee.
