I was starving on my way home and craving fried chicken. I looked to my left and and there was a sign, Krispy Krunchy Fried Chicken and I had to stop. I ordered 1 of every side , 1 plain and 1 blueberry biscuit and 6 pieces of chicken. My daughter and I tried everything. Fried chicken was delicious, juicy, crunchy and looked exactly like the pictures. Mashed potato and gravy was instantly potato with watered down gravy, the Mac & cheese was very lacking also. The biscuits were so so, red beans and rice also tasted watery and the jambalaya was the best out of the bunch. Also the portions for the side are very small, they didn't even fill the containers. Ok so I always get gas at this station. Usually on my way to work. And today I walked in. It smelled like i am in fried chicken heaven. Yeahs that good!!!! So I tried a chicken sandwich, some barbq looking chicken. Thing in a stick. And a biscuit! 1st of all. The lady behind the counter and the kid that was working were probably the nicest freaking people I have ever met in a gas station! No kidding! They were so nice and accommodating. The kid was about to go on his lunch break and he was still super helpful. Like wow. I would of given this a super star review but my only complaint was the parking situation. There is really none at all. Unless you are getting gas. By the pumps. And I get it. But like now I am not always gonna need gas. But I am gonna need this chicken!!! Let me explain how yummy this chicken was. Ummm i only got a pic of the stick chicken. And the biscuit because we at everything like in one bite. The chicken was juicy and hot and yummy and incredibly tasty. But the biscuits!!!!!! oh m g! Do not pass up on those biscuits you will not be disappointed. Either way it was a very good experience. This is more than a filling station. It is a car wash, a convenience store and a place to get Krispy Krunchy Chicken. It is close to our home so it has served us as a great place to fill our gas tank. Sorry to say I have not taken advantage of the convenience store, the car wash or even the Krispy Krunchy Chicken. But, knowing I can is a bit comforting. Gas prices are about the same as other filling stations nearby but as mentioned this is closest to our home and very close to the post office. The only complaint I got is that the pumps are configured in a way it is easy to get boxed in. Occasionally you get a mindless shit that spends the day in the convenience store and you have to wait until a lane clears to exit. Perhaps the only reason for not giving this place 5 stars. read more

No names because I'm not in the business of getting people in trouble but my husband ordered the Chicken, gets home and has 2 mashed potatoes, 2 sides and biscuits and Zero chicken. He calls and the woman that answers never apologizes but says "oh ya we just noticed we forgot your chicken and we just threw it away. Are you coming g back to get it". Fine, I will go pick it up. Mistakes happen, whatever. I go to pickup and the guy was very nice and was expecting me and goes to get the food. I ask if I can order 2 sides of gravy because the potatoes were dry. He comes out with 2 sides of potatoes and I ask how much I owe and the woman (with whom I am not even speaking to says) "did you bring back the dry mashed potatoes?" What in the actual hell are you talking about about?!? You all forgot to give my husband his chicken! The like actual part of the meal and you're going to question my dry mashed potatoes AFTER I offered to pay for them. I'm sorry, you should probably learn how customer service works before chiming in. You f**ked up and admitted it on the phone but now it's my problem I had to come fix the mistake. All I have to say is do better. And please, I would love a respone to this for the lady on the phone if you see my post because I'd like to know where you got off being so rude (you know who you are). Stopped in for a quick car wash and boy do I regret it. My car now has numerous scratches all over from the scrubbers! It's literally is all over. Scratches on each side along the panels, on my hood, on my roof, and on top of the trunk. It also accelerated the paint that had been chipping. I will not go to an automated car wash again. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed. read more

This is a very busy station and can be a cundrum at times. The flow goes any which way you can make work..lol. we use our points from Ralph's Market here and get .20 off per gallon. Shell is a top tier gasoline and that is another reason we patronize this station. They also have free air and water....you just have to go and ask and they will turn it on. Also the restaurant Pita Chicks shares thier inside space.....so you can grab some food to go while getting gas. Goid stuff! read more

It is worthy to note that employees at this station are courteous and helpful. The gasoline price per gallon is slightly cheaper than its competitors. There is also no charge to use the air compressor to inflate tires. Palomar village is a home to numerous retail stores like Albertson and CVS. There are also fast food chains such as McDonald's and Burger King within the vicinity and other small businesses lined up around the corner. Understandably, many stopovers to get gas before or after visiting the stores and food chains. The growing population in the area harmonized with the flourishing businesses in the village created a bottleneck at the station. There are about 6 gas stations set up in a very tight lane. The vehicles look like packed in a sardine container. During rush hour, expect to experience a long wait time. Similarly, hope not to get stuck in the middle of the pack after getting gas as this will add to another lengthy wait. A strong index finger and a 20/20 vision are necessary to operate the archaic gas buttons and blurry digital screen. It is essential to consider expanding the area to accommodate the needs of the growing consumers. Consequently, this should be a positive move for the business owner(s) in the hope to gain higher proceeds. read more

This is one of my few go-to gas stations in town. I just swung through here again today and figured I might as well leave a review, since I'm bored to tears with this ridiculous continued lock down... The price here is always a few cents cheaper than the gas stations down the road near the I-15 freeway. Depending on the time of day the ingress and egress has always been a breeze, with this site's multiple pump islands. The couple times I have made the mistake of hitting themup in the early morning or late afternoon is another story. The air pumps here usually work and are not regularly vandalized like other stations. You need to go inside and have them activate it for you. Disregard the coin drop on the machine, because State law requires it be provided for free (one of the very FEW things this State has gotten right). I have been inside on a few occasions and have never had a negative issue with any of the employees. read more

THE BRAND NEW CAR WASH THEY INSTALLED IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Don't fix what isn't broken. The old one worked just fine. This new one is not only MORE EXPENSIVE, but it does a WAY WORSE JOB. I paid $10 for the cheapest wash (it used to be $9 and before that it was $7) and it barely got the dirt off of my car. The old car wash did a great job. This one hardly touched my car. What a waste of money! I wish I could get a refund. This was my one and only go-to car wash in all of Temecula over the last 10+ years. Sadly today was my last visit to this gas station and car wash. Yes, it really was that terrible. So sad to see they replaced their car wash with a worse version of one and made it even more expensive for a worse job. Not to mention this gas station has some of the highest gas prices in town too. They clearly don't respect customers or the people of Temecula. Take your business elsewhere! read more

Very nice people working here. They don't have scratch offs so that sucks. However they did say next door the cvs did. Their facility is pretty clean with a little wing place connected. Didn't try the food so can't tell you about that. read more

I'm a duke here! Why? BECAUSE I BUY SWISHERS HERE AT LEAST 5 TIMES A WEEK. I use their convenience store a lot. I don't get TOO much gas here because they're a SHELL gas station. And they're infamous for having the most expensive gas. I love that this location has WINGS next door. That spot always smells good. But i'm never medicated enough to want to go there after Shell. After I leave shell and smoke, I usually want their wings. Either way, It's a pretty decent location. But the gas pump setup and having to drive out of there gets really awkward sometimes. read more

This Shell sucks! The debit card machines never work so then you have to walk in.. It's always packed so getting in and out is a nightmare!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Middle of the day at two in the afternoon go inside to buy a drink and they decide to cash out the register with a line of people waiting. 10 minutes passed and didn't acknowledge anybody in the line and kept cashing out the drawer before I finally left. Also apparently they are cool with getting robbed since they stand there and count the cash on the counter right in front of the line of customers. Recommendation: why don't you have a cash drawer counted out and set aside in the safe that you can pull out at shift change and then go count out the drawer in the back room.
