The first 4 weeks was Progressive ordering parts from junkyards and them getting rejected. I had about 1/2 dozen different claims handlers, each one saying "the previous handler didn't do this right". Nobody ever knew what was going on. It took 12 weeks to get 12 hours of labor done. The shop got paid way before the job was complete, so of course "their part of the process was complete " and there was nothing else they could do. Of course, rental cars are only covered for 30 days, and that time was spent inspecting and reinspecting bad parts. Nothing really good to say. Just a confluence of errors that nobody is taking responsibility for.
