He did not provide any type of quote, just informed us that due to his "time" viewing the car, that is what his time was worth. Would not release the car until we paid $1,000 even though he did not do anything at all to fix the car. It was very difficult for him to provide an itemized receipt and took him many days over email to add up the numbers to make up what would entail the cost totaling to $1,000.
