They removed the screens when cleaning the windows, but I was disappointed that they didn't rinse them off. For the exterior windows, they simply cleaned them with a wet brush hose attachment and didn't squeegee them. Good for getting dust off, but not much else. See the attached photos. The windows are cleaner, but they left a whole lot of residue and smudges on the windows, even the ones that they cleaned both inside and out. I'd be leaving a one star review if the crew wasn't so nice.
