However, I was disappointed in the outside area (…read moreuntended, lots of weeds) and the receptionist was cold and felt like she just had to get through the motions of greeting us and telling us what to do. I asked her about a product and she then never replied or told me if it was available. I think if you are working in a high-end spa, you should understand your clientele, and that this is a special outing for most people. The sauna and jacuzzi no longer available. Doubt I will be returning anytime soon.

Graham Park Massage was one of the top ones to come up so I called just to get some questions answered. The lady on the phone was so kind and helpful in answering my questions. Sadly, I called three days before Valentine's Day and they were all booked up. The woman told me to join the waitlist in case something came up and they could fit me in. Then, two days later she called and said she had saved my number in case something opened up and told me they could fit me in Saturday afternoon. I was blown away with how kind it was of her to save my number and reach out. When I got there, I was greeted and taken back to the waiting area and offered a drink. I wasn't even waiting 5 min before I was taken back to my room. Stefani was great at asking what I was in for and kind of breaking down how the appointment was going to work. I had an hour swedish and it was so great! I felt so relaxed and at peace and I left wondering why I hadn't done it sooner! Definitely going to get a massage more often and definitely going to get it at Graham Park!
