Horrible, I initially ordered a headstone for my mom and called Deirde Cook about it being…read moredelivered, she talked me out of it and told me I could get it locally thru her. I said ok and proceeded to order . She sent me a few drafts and we agreed on one. She told me she could have it ready for Memorial Day if I paid thru her PayPal. I told her it would be ok if it was after that because I live in colorado and wouldn't be there for the holiday. So I sent her a certified check, I called several times to see if she got it, left several messages and no answer or return calls Finally she answered one day and told me ,one of her reps said they had the check, she said the stone was ordered and it would be there June 4th.so I made plans to come visit my mom's grave and see the stone. Yesterday I got check returned in the mail to me,it was unclaimed, Never signed for or picked up from the post office. So obviously she lied to me,now she won't return my calls,my mom has no stone and I almost made a 10 hour drive for nothing. I guess if I would have put the money in her PayPal account I would of never got it back. This has been a hurtful, disreptful experience. If their is someway I can pursue legal action I certainly will, I wish I didn't have to click a star to post this, they don't deserve any star.
