None of them helped my problems or alleviated any pain. I was basically couch bound for 4 months. Could not stand up straight, could not sit comfortably. Ortho wanted to do surgery, I said NO. I had tried the corticosteroid injections and they didn't help. My husband finally talked me into going to see Dr. Hulse after my refusing for months. So I carried in my MRIs & Xrays and he said not to show them to him yet but let him examine me. He did and he told me what he thought was wrong and he nailed it. THEN he looked at my MRI. He told me he could get me back on my feet again. It took several visits at first but he did in fact get me back on my feet and much more comfortable. Because of the problems I have, I do have to seem him now & then as needed and he keeps me mobile. I'm glad I didn't have the surgery. Everyone I know that did is the worse for it now. I've gotten another 14 or so years thus far. He also discovered the reason for vertigo I had been experiencing for 1.5 yrs. I had been to my fam doc, ENT, Neurologist and none of them could figure it out. Dr. Hulse did and fixed it.
