I went to Dr John Miller's office over 2 weeks ago because of severe lower ankle and foot pain. I…read morehad been to his office a month prior. Dr Miller said he was going to order a scan and other tests of my ankles and feet. Over one week went by, no call from either the doctor's office or the clinic that was going to do the tests. When I called back to Dr Millers office, they said they had the wrong Fax number? Really, a whole week,and they couldn't figure out their machine didn't go through to the MRI clinic. I then asked if it finally got through, they reassured me it did with a confirmation. On that Tuesday I called back yet again asking why no appointment call or text. The Nurse had no answers. Instead of saying I'll follow up on this, she said here's the phone number to the MRI clinic in Mississippi. The lady there said she had no record of me or any request. I finally asked on that following Thursday could you please call Dr Millers office and find out what is wrong. Well 5 minutes later, Dr John Miller himself calls me and says, you have been extremely rude to not only my staff but to the people at the schedule center, and that I'm a racist. I was just floored by his comments. He said I don't want to be your doctor anymore. All this because his nurses couldn't schedule a simple test requested by the Doctor. I'm 71 years old, and have never seen such horrible service by a doctor's office in my life. I was kind, polite, and just wanted someone to help me since my diabetes is taking over my ability to walk. Stay away from Dr Millers office in Guin Alabama. I'm not from the South, and their predudice really shines through here. Go anywhere else but here!
