The menus is constantly changing but very delightful and plenty of options. The desserts are specially good. Try the coconut flan or the chocolate cake. The staff is super friendly and happy to help in any way. They greet frequents by name and are always looking to make your experience as comfortable as possible. We had dinner here a few nights ago, and enjoyed our drinks, our dessert and the service most of all. For drinks we had a watermelon-lime cocktail and a ginger-lime cocktail, and both were great - flavorful and balanced. We also had the jalapeno cheese dip appetizer which was very tasty! For dinner, I had the grouper over mashed potatoes with a side of grilled veggies. The fish was not fresh - my guess is it was frozen, thawed and sauteed, resulting in a mushy/very soft texture and limp appearance. Potatoes were ok, a little bland; grilled veggies were fine, but I would have preferred them even more grilled with char marks. My husband had the breaded pork chop with local rice, and Israeli salad which was cucumbers and tomatoes. The chop had a sweet onion sauce on it that he didn't care for, but everything else was good. We also had desserts - ginger flan and guava cheesecake - both were excellent, and I would visit again just for dessert! Our server was excellent - attentive, friendly, efficient, and when we provided feedback on the meal, she was gracious and let us know in the future we can ask for different sauces to suit our preferences. We easily found parking in the lot just in front of the restaurant, and even though the restaurant was busy upon arrival, we were offered seats at the bar while we waited, and within 5 min we had a table. I included a pic of the menu to show the impressive diversity of entrées. Definitely lots of options, and the most veggie dishes of any restaurant we visited in 5 days in the area. What a fantastic little restaurant. Not only did we have great service, but all four of us had amazing meals that included grilled Mahi, grilled salmon and penne pasta with pesto and chicken. What is unique about Palmas is their great selection of side dishes that come with their entrees - sides like Jasmine Rice, Israeli Salad, Sweet Potato and beets, grilled vegetables, and many more to choose from. Great little restaurant with a very friendly vibe. We've eaten here several times and the food is delicious and fresh every time. The menu changes daily but is very flexible if you want to swap out sauces on the item you order. They were even able to do a custom pasta for my slightly picky child. If you come on a Wednesday night be prepared to wait for a table as they run specials, other nights it gets busy around the six o'clock hour but we've never had too long of a wait. read more

Spent two weeks in Aguadilla looking for a place to live this coming November, and we must have eaten here at least four times. The staff is friendly and helpful as can be. The short old lady is hilarious, we absolutely love her. The food has been amazing. The spaghetti with red sauce is made with crack, surely, it's delicious. Each day the specials menu changes, but there is a main set of menus that the food is always the same. If you feel adventurous go with the menu on the floating white board, which they'll relocate depending on which table is about to order. I've also had the rice noodles with something, the noodles were great! It came with two sides, which I chose mashed potatoes and sautéed veggies. This is where it was a bit weird for me, my noodles were placed with the mashed potatoes as a bed, and the veggies as a crown. Out of my own sense of comfort I had to separate everyone. But it was very yummy regardless. The wife had the panini with goat cheese, which was good, but at that time she didn't order her own spaghetti and kept stealing mine. The next two times we went she ordered the spaghetti. We had the coconut flan, which was great! And I don't even like flan. And we had a monster of a chocolate cake, it was delicious but very rich. Definitely share that with someone. They have a small but great quality beer selection, La Rubia was delicious, but my new favorite is the Maduro brown ale. Yummy!! Other things to note is the coconut rice. I'm a fan of all things rice, so no surprise that I eat that plain as a side. It's delicious with its coconut flakes. If you are in the area, I highly recommend it. They do have a bit of what we mainlanders would call a weird schedule though: Closed Sunday and Monday, and close at 3 something on Tuesday. Also, if you sit outside at night you might get completely eaten by mosquitoes! Oh, one more thing! They are open for dinner just not on Sunday through Tuesday. The schedule on Yelp is wrong on this one, they close at 3:30 I think but open back up for dinner at 5 or 6p. Haven't quite figured it out yet. read more

This is a cute little restaurant off 110. They speak both English and Spanish and the menu is in English and Spanish. They are very kind people and give great recommendations. I was in a party of 3 and we ordered the Churrasco, Salmon, and Wahoo. Everything was absolutely delicious!! It is a small owned restaurant so please be kind and be prepared to wait. They have fresh mint that they grow for their Mojitos, So good!! On Wednesdays they do have 2/$20 Meals! I will definitely be back! read more

I have eaten here before and I've loved it tonight I ate there and I asked for my fish to not be overcooked just to be seared. It was completely overcooked. When I told the waitress, who was also the owner about it, she didn't offered to exchange the food she really could care less. The person I was with her fish was really overcooked. She cannot even cut it with a fork. I do not recommend this restaurant any longer. I used to love it. We order the pineapple chicken special $9 with rosemary potatoes and macaroni, the fresh caught mahi mahi guava special $12 with rice and beans and salad, and a homemade Passionfruit sorbet - all in all $30.75 with tip. Both dishes were presented beautifully, unexpectedly from a small, cafeteria - style, casual restaurant. The waitress told us that the mahi mahi special was fresh caught and brought to the restaurant in the morning! It had the perfect amount of sweetness to it. The pineapple chicken were two flattened chicken breasts with a pineapple salsa. The sides were clearly homemade, no short cuts here. The sorbet was equally as wonderful, with hits on ginger - very creative! All the dishes were creatively made with the perfect balance of flavors. A Coast Guard person recommended this restaurant. On a Saturday evening we arrived early to happily find a pleasant wait staff and a long list of specials. Our party of four--two had the grouper, one the sautéed shrimp and one the seared tuna. All had the delicious coconut ginger rice as a side. Wonderful food all the way around.
