They had to remove part of my fence in order to get their equipment into the yard, but put it back up exactly like when it was initially installed. They would occasionally ask if there were any limbs I wanted cut, and I was able to learn from them about why some should be cut and others not. Their prices were very reasonable, and the clean-up and "haul away" were remarkable! I will definitely use the services of Advanced Tree Solutions again, and highly recommend them! Avoid this company, save yourself the headache! I contacted this company to cut down my palm tree and ground out the stump. After agreeing on a price ($225), they came out to my property. They cut down the palm tree, but left about 3ft of the trunk. Excuse was he ran out of space in the bed of his truck, so he would come back in 3 days to finish the job since he had to also come back out to ground out the stump (he did not bring the machine with him initially). I paid him $175 that day for "cutting" the palm tree. We agreed that I would pay the remainder ($50) when he would come back out to cut the remaining 3ft and ground out the stump. Here's where things start to go bad. I went to go take out my garbage and my bins had been filled to the brim with palm tree debris. I contacted him about it. He apologized, said he would take the palm tree debris when he came back, so I could use my trash cans. The agreed 3 days passed and he did not come to cut the remainder of the palm tree and stump. I was not able to take my garbage out that week. I called and messaged, no answer. The next day, he texted me apologizing saying he was not able to rent the stump grinder in time and would come out in 2 days. The 2 days passed, again he did not show up and would not answer my calls/texts. He messaged me the next day saying he would be out in 2 days because he still didn't have the stump grinder from the rental place. The 2 days passed, he did not show up. He said he would come back the following day for sure and apologized. Next day came, nothing. At this point I told him to at least come and finish cutting the remainder of the palm tree he was paid for and that I would find someone else to ground out the stump. He refused and insisted he would come out in a few days to finish the job. A week passed, he never showed up. He stopped replying to my messages altogether. Today he replied apologizing and saying he still didn't have the stump grinder and that he would come out in a few days when he would get it. Are you kidding me?! Excuses, excuses, excuses. Needless to say, I learned my lesson. I called another company to finish this guy's job. They came out same day, got it done. The job ended up costing more because this guy didn't cut the palm tree down all the way when he came out initially and he refused to come back out to cut it even though he had been paid for that service already.
