AD Lawn Services has been maintaining our lawn and garden for a year now. Service is regular…read morewithout any issues wondering when or if the crew will show up to mow on any given week. The owner is friendly and responsive and a trustworthy guy all around. The crew that maintains our landscaping is amazing! Very friendly guys, very respectful of my property, pets and family and always smiling and saying "Hi!" when I see them. The lawn service is done correctly with a mow every week in warm months and every other week in the cool months, lawn and garden edging, along with weed pulling and shrub and tree trimming where required. I recently had the crew replace the trees on my property with trees more tropical in nature vs. the ones that the builder placed on my property that weren't in best shape and would cause damage to pavers and sidewalk down the road. I have to say that I am amazed that they were able to get me some amazing trees for my property. They did a great job removing the old ones and installing the new ones and ensuring that they were set properly, even on a windy day. If you are looking for lawn care, do not hesitate to give Adrian a call!

Do not hire this company. We had continuous service relationship that started off well, but once we…read moreraised a legitimate concern, everything changed. Prior to that, we had already experienced multiple issues, including damage to our property. We initially gave them the benefit of the doubt and did not complain, assuming mistakes can happen. However, from the beginning, there were repeated instances of damage in our yard. At one point, we specifically asked them to trim a small tree--my husband's favorite--and when we returned home, the entire tree, including the trunk, had been completely removed. Another time, a tree died without apparent reason, we later noticed its roots had been cut. Despite these issues, we continued the service. On two occasions, I also requested that service be rescheduled because I was hosting events and needed the backyard to be presentable. Unfortunately, they were never able to accommodate these requests. Interestingly, the neighbor who originally recommended them said scheduling flexibility was never a problem for them. Major red flag, When we eventually raised a concern in a polite and respectful manner, instead of addressing it, they dismissed our account and did not believe what we were reporting, even though it could have easily been verified with a site visit. Shortly after that conversation, service simply stopped without any resolution--leaving us without service rather than allowing us to formally end the relationship ourselves. We were also later invoiced for a service that was never provided. Overall, despite being consistently respectful and accommodating--unlike how some others in the community treat service workers--we feel the way we were treated was unacceptable. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.
