If I could leave -5 stars, I would. This is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had at…read morethis location. I gave this place a second chance after a bad experience with one of the employees, and today it was even worse. The woman helping me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. She spoke with attitude, was irritated when I asked to see an item, and refused to provide her name when I asked. Instead of helping me or recommending products, she rushed me and kept saying they didn't have anything for $15, even though I came prepared to spend over $150 because I just renewed my card. The service was loud, careless, and rude. If management reads this: your staff needs serious training. This location keeps losing customers because of the way your employees talk down to people. I won't be returning after this.

Though small, they carry many boutique brands and their own rolled bundles, which I saw at $84.99 for 25 cigars, which is a pretty amazing price. I don't recall seeing luxury brands at this location, like Davidoff (I could be wrong as I didn't browse every inch of the shelves) but the selections are plenty. If you want to grab some smokes on your way out of Miami, this is a good spot to stop by. However, if you're just entering Miami, maybe go check out their big store on NW 7th St.
