Me and a group of my friends where looking for a place to smoke hookah on a Friday during the day. Palm Hookah was the only place I could find open during the day in my area. When we walked it was dark which is to be expected. The owner gave us more of a state than a greeting. He said it costs 30 dollars for a hookah cash only. There were old used games that were missing pieces available. The couches and cars were in decent condition. The owner asked what we wanted to smoke. No menu or options were giving to us. I asked what did he have, he said, "I have everything." We all stared at each and just asked for a flavor we had smoked in other places. There were flat screen TVs hung up and the owner asked what we wanted to watch. We asked him what channels he had and he provided no insight. Before leaving he raised the price from 30 to 35 when it came time for us to pay. I gave this place one star because the hookah tasted great and the bathroom was nice. Overall I don't recommend this place it's dusty and lacks a welcoming environment and atmosphere. read more

This is a new hookah bar in the Northridge area. It's a great place to bring bug groups of people as they have a huge place! They have a pool table as well for those who are looking to smoke and beat their friends at the same time. The vibe is great and the owner is very friendly! Went here last night to the Grand Opening and had a Great Time! The Service was amazing. Employees here made me feel at home by constantly checking on our group and making sure we were good on anything. Hookah itself was good, enjoyed trying out the fruit flavors they had to offer. The Lounge itself is huge inside with plenty of space and seating along with numerous amount of Big Screen TVs playing the latest Sports. Came here after Korean bbq and paid for 3 hookahs with friends only to be treated with the nastiest attitude In the world. He was yelling at my group of friends demanding who moved the charcoals around. And when I finally admitted to moving them around ( I've been tending hookahs for years). I decided to try this place out because it was fairly close to my parents home. This place was pretty open. As we walked in, the owners were smoking hookah while playing cards and seated us immediately. Very kind people. They were very attentive and recommended favor to us along with some tea. We decided to go with two hookahs, the Arctic Peach and watermelon with some mint. Both favors were tasty. They also come by to change the coal pretty promptly. Palms had many TVs and the owners changed the channel to our liking . Of course they have every channel to watch any game that was on. The place was very spacious.
