AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This company takes your money and runs…read more They talk a big game and get you to bite on their product with all the promises and guarantees. DONT BELIEVE IT! Anything and everything they say has to be in writing or they tell you that you misunderstood and signed the contract that states it must be in writing. The General Manager Mark Ingram saved us from walking away and going to a different company by guaranteeing if we brought the down payment in he would have the house wrapped and ready for delivery in 24hrs, 3 weeks later it was finally delivered, after a phone call which he felt the need to cuss at me then never returned another phone or eMail. On to Jessica Sperry the Business Manager, who was so apologetic of his actions and would make sure everything was smooth and taken care of after, well once our contract was signed she has only replied to 1 of numerous emails and hasn't returned a single phone call. We are moving a family with 4 kids under the age of 7 and a business we run from home over 3 hours, so we weren't able to be here in person for everything but made numerous trips just to make sure things could happen fast and we wouldn't be without a home. We waited a month into the process to list and sell our home, and got a 2 week lease back just in case anything happened. Needless to say we are homeless and still don't have any estimated date of when we'll be able to move in. Bill McDonald their sales rep is really good and talking you up and getting you to bite, but everything he says is a lie and he has no way to make anything he says will happen, actually happen. With no response from anyone else we reached back out to him only for him to say "once you sign your contract my jobs done, and I don't have anything else to do with it" so basically I got my money that's all that matters. We even have reached out to corporate and spoke with HR Rhonda McAllen who returned 2 of our phone calls and has since not replied to a single phone call or email. We had to contact the delivery company to get things cleared up on our land for delivery, the contractor for connecting and setting up our home, the electric company to get the meter installed and connected, the AC company who is still trying themselves to reach out to get the purchase order for it to be delivered and installed, we paid out of pocket for our water well and septic to be done and they went in without a problem but everything provided from the company was nothing but excuses and issues with why it wouldn't be done. We had to call the trim out company ourselves and schedule them to come out a second time because mark called them and canceled our original with no reason at all, they ran our credit numerous times without our consent after we had already been approved and had the paperwork done. To be told oh they denied your loan because of your income, so we called the mortgage lender and it was because there price was so high on the house the mortgage company wouldn't fund the loan because of the oak creek side. And of course numerous verbal promises that "I misunderstood" once that paperwork was signed they don't know anything about what they told us, only what's in writing in front of them. They're crooked and they're only there for themselves.
